I would strongly suggest that you don't come to this Autozone to have the "mechanics" fix your car because from my personal experience they ruined my car more than it already was because they spent a whole day trying to remove a single part from my car's front axles and they tried to remove it by force using a hammer and made my car even worse. I had to call a tow truck the next morning to move my car to an actual shop where they were able to properly fix it. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I recommend going across the street to Oil Well for anything you need. The MANAGEMENT HERE IS TRASH, I was going to buy a new battery after 2 hours of trying to get a jump with my toddler in the car and Manager said no guy has to stay bc and I quote "I have to take calls" like wtf?! And there was literally NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE LIKE NO ONE AT ALL!!! I said I could wait if someone came while the guy changes it and manager said no that I had to wait another hour or so....So you're a manager but can't man the front for 10 min max? I went across the street and it literally took them no time at all to change my battery. I am never ever stepping foot in this store again in my life. They don't care about u, ur car or whatever u have going bc "they have to take calls" They need NEW MANAGEMENT. There was nothing the other guy who was going to do it could say because manager said no. I've been to many auto zones in my life, this is the first that has treated their customers secondary. Awful! These people here have no knowledge of cars what so ever! I even called them to hold a part for me... I get there, guess what. They don't have it. I said, why did you tell me to come here if you didn't have it. They said so we can order it. I said, I actually live closer to another Auto Zone. I hate this autozone the guy obviously didn't speak English I had to repeat basic English letters to him I'd say z and he put x I'd say the number 8 and he but the letter b and then just kept doing it for what seemed like on purpose Then he asked for my phone number I said 210 he put 201 I said no 210 he put 200 it was so aggravating I've never been to this auto zone I will never be back the guy was then asking me questions about my car and I said I'm not sure then when the questions came back up on the screen he answered them himself instead of asking me it was a huge nightmare Not to mention this autozone is in the back of a parking lot which was kinda sketchy I wouldn't send anyone to this location ever!! Manager "Anna" has horrible customer service skills. If all autozones are the same in terms of fixing your car's problems, then I strongly recommend you check out a different one solely for the fact that Anna's attitude will probably piss you off ASAP and ruin your day, the same way she managed to piss to me off although I approached her with friendliness, sincerity, and respect. It is a shame that this score reflects the whole store, because the other employees whom I've spoken to prior have been top quality or at the very least, normal. read more

I dont know about cars and parts etc etc. I went on Sunday, Nov 3rd to buy a whipper for my truck. The employee helped me to choose the correct one. He changed my old whipper for the new one. Also, Ibbought the Armor All whipes and a new cover for my wheel. Was a nice experience and I learned that they have books that you can look for the part that you are looking for. read more
