It sounded like someone was ordering a part over the phone. Anyway, I wait for about three minutes for her to finish the call. Once she is finished, I start to tell her that I have a light out on the left side of my car. In the middle of me talking, she answers the phone and tells me to wait. No, I was not going to wait any longer. I got off my ass and actually physically came into the store to be helped. I would think that I would take priority over a phone call order, especially since I had already waited. I just walked out and she continued to take the order on the phone and she called after me, "Sorry". Yeah. Sorry you lost a customer for life.

Had a super experience here recently before a roadtrip. I normally go to Oreilly's, but came here…read moredue to location convenience (plus I was running around doing last-minute preparations, you know how it goes). Wanted to get new wiper blades and light bulbs since I tend to do a lot of night time driving. Staff were busy, probably about a half dozen customers in the store. I normally look for the items myself via vehicle parts search on their website; found them, brought the items up to the register. A really kind and knowlegable gal (and here, I'm apologetic that I don't remember her name) helped me by verifying that I was getting the correct blades/bulbs for my vehicle (they weren't lol). She helped me get the correct stuff and even offered to help replace them for me--I was very grateful. I've switched out blades/bulbs on my own, but she was so kind and patient while she did that for me. She really gave me a moment to just be still and collect myself from the hectic day I was having. She also did not make me feel less than, or dumb, or anything like that at anytime, she was perfectly calm and confident about it all. Thank you, gal from AutoZone. You gave me peace of mind, and my family and I had a very safe roadtrip.
