A few hundred to refill coolant, etc., they why do they take the truck out the shop just to email to say they found something else to charge you? Instead of calling you to expedite the process they pull out then call then pull then find something then repeat. They cost you money while costing you money. I'll go to freightliner in forest park before I ever use this place again. Horrible communication and management skills. Their only saving grace is the csr light skin guy with dreads who kept me in the know. Otherwise this place is hopeless

My husband and I brought a car to Pepboys in McDonough, GA on March 27, 2026. It needed a few…read moredifferent repairs, so it was at the shop for an extended period of time. We picked it up on April 25, 2026. We have gotten two traffic violation notices on this car, for speeding in a school zone during the time the car was in your custody. I have called twice. I was told the manager would return my call and he did not. I got in touch with their customer service email and was told their "leadership team" would contact me to resolve this, but I have not heard anything, despite receiving email from their customer service more than once, promising to find a resolution. We paid more than $2600 for the services we received and the car still has multiple dashboard lights illuminated. Are we supposed to also pay for the traffic violations? It's another $150, or we have to take the time to send in a bunch of notarized documents to show we did not have custody of the car at the time of the school zone speeding violations. JUST DON'T GO HERE!!
