Needed wipers for my truck, saw the parking lot was empty. Thought was gonna get a good deal with…read moreno wait. Came in, store completely deserted of customers on very busy highway. Saw 2 female employees setting down in chairs on thier phones. No one greeted me. Walked up to a register, placed a gallon of bug wash down and a voice came from behind a dark corner spot. Another female clerk told me to come to another register. I moved down and told clerk needed wipers. Gave info, looked up and then she said " I need to check these". I thought she meant they were out of the brand I wanted, but she said, "no we have those but I need to see what syle they are on your truck." Ok, so she went out, came back and said she could sell them to me but could not install them because "I can't install the bar type...I always break them". Apparently no one else in the store could either, so I walked out, went to AutoZone Laurel and bought $90 worth of product and had a no hassle install in less than 10 minutes from the time I got there at a busy store with several customers. At the same time, my wife was being refused a battery install after she bought it at Advanced Auto parts DIberville (see review). What is going on with this place?
