Tabitha and the store manager (didn't get her name) installed my new battery and windshield wiper blades. They were both great and did an easy quick job of it. Thank you ladies!! read more

The staff are always friendly and knowledgable. Best auto parts store I've ever been to.

I needed a new battery super fast in order to get on the road for a cross country road trip. I had gotten a jump from road side assistance and found my way to this Autozone. I was helped by a young man named Quest Vickers who absolutely took great care of me. He helped me pick the right battery for my car and then quickly installed it and helped me get on my way! The battery is fine and got me from Vegas to Orlando without a problem, but Quest is the one who made the big impact! read more

I stopped by for a quick battery check because my blinkers were acting a little funny and the power in my doors went out , the black lady with the blonde short cut was amazing she got right to me , she was informative , knowledgeable, sweet and extremely friendly. She deserves recognition for her personality alone especially in this day and age where people can barely wake up in the morning with energy and drive , let alone work 8 hours a day with a positive disposition she did that and more, quick visit but so efficient and kind. read more

I normally don't do reviews, especially for Autozone, because their customer service is horrible, until I came to the N Jones store on 3/14/25 @ about 8:45pm to 9:15pm. The customer service I saw from the time I entered their store, til I got waited on was phenomenal!!!!! To see Miss Jones ( a grey shirt manager) communicate in Spanish, with a customer, and in between speaking English to other customers, as well as interacting with a customers 5 yr old very talkative son, was amazing. I know she had to have trained the 2 red shirts that was working, a light skinned handsome young man, and a light skinned young lady that just started there, their exceptional courteous customer service my sister and I received was the best ever, especially how busy they were. Miss Jones, should be your go to lady when it comes to training ALL new employess. When I walked into the store I felt comfortable, I was allowed to shop without being followed, or management having their red shirts peek around corners, or stand on the isle I'm on having them fake straighten up shelves! Please don't think I'm over exaggerating because I'm not. Miss Jones and her team definitely need to be recognized for being model team members of Autozone. my boyfriend and I will definetly drive across town for the customer service I received from the N jones store tonight!! other stores take head!! read more

I recently moved to the area and have gradually been finding my new necessities in the neighborhood- and when you drive a 10 year old car, it's important to know where the closest AutoZone is. With the Corona closures, I have been driving considerably less than usual so I put off getting an oil change or checking my fluids. When I finally thought to do it this weekend, both my oil and coolant were treacherously low! Thankfully, AZ is very closeby. I was able to quickly look up what I needed on their site, find it in store, add a coupon to my purchase from their ad, and refill everything right in the parking lot. Service was adequate, I helped myself. Now to do this for my BF's car later in the week. TIP: Try going in early morning or evening if you need to access anything under your hood while here, as there is NO shade whatsoever. read more

I came in the other day, and my battery was dead! I have a Honda pilot and the batteries near impossible to get to but Julian was super helpful. Got my battery out and recharged it and got me back on the road so bummed I didn't have cash so if Julian helps you tip him big! read more

Thee BEST auto parts store in all of Las Vegas! My battery died and I went to this auto zone and David was absolutely amazing! Not only did he educate me on how the battery works and my different options to purchase he also installed my battery. Being a single female it was nice having someone help me out, I tried giving him a tip but he refused to take my money. Customer service is hard to come by but they have it down at auto zone! Thank you read more

The employees at this store have ALWAYS been so helpful and courteous, why I have been going there for over 20 years. Until Friday morning when I needed a battery. After purchase he handed me the battery, when I asked to put it in he said he couldn't. They always did. When I asked again he said I had an attitude. Well this 81 year old woman doesn't know how nor have the tools. I have NEVER come across such a rude (#$@^&) person . Wish I had his name ,he was the only person except the manager. Will not go back read more

I was having an absolutely awful morning, which included a dead battery in my car. Luckily, an Angel came to my rescue, in the form of an assistant manager-Angel-at the Auto Zone at 4410 N Jones. He very patiently advised, informed, and helped me get through my problem. He treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect. This especially meant a lot to me because it isn't always a given for a woman asking for car help. read more

So, typical Vegas heat kills my car battery. But fortunately for me, it was still under the replace for free no questions within 3 years deal from auto zone! I walk in and see a few people in line, most waiting with a similar issue. I was leery at first since I only saw one worker at the register. But what I didn't initially see were four others hustling in and out taking care of people in a timely manner. All the workers were positive and respectful and handled the rush with ease. Thanks to all of them for getting it done! read more

Manny helped me and had nothing but kindness and great customer service. I needed a new car battery and being a girl, I had no idea what I was doing. He looked at my car, let me know what battery I needed, and even replaced it himself. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. I'll definitely return to this autozone in the future for my car needs! Thank you Manny and AutoZone :) read more

David was amazing, friendly and very helpful! He helped me with an emergency battery replacement on the spot.

Do not waste your time at this location. The manager and employees are useless. I went in to get some items and was treated as if I was a child. My father is a mechanic and I was told what I needed to purchase. They tried to upsell me and lie and provide me with false information. I'm not sure what kind of scam they are running here, but they wasted my time. I ended up leaving and going to their competitor and purchased exactly what I needed with no hassle. The employees and managers need to be careful they are going to try and deceive the wrong person and they will be embarrassed. Please train your employees and teach them to provide a positive customer service experience. read more

Service by Raymond was excellent, came in concerned about the battery I recently purchased, it was dying really fast. Raymond volunteered to help us check alternator and battery as well as remove and replace my battery manually. WhAt really made this review worth writing was Raymond doing a small but recognizable gesture to make sure we felt tooken care of. He offered to take off my old steering wheel cover and put my newly purchased one on iykyk is not the easiest task to do so I was filled With appreciation. I recommend this autozone to anyone with minor car issues, service was comforting especially to someone one who doesn't know much about cars. read more

Wow if you are looking for a professional and personable place for your auto needs I nightly recommended this Auto Zone. I walked in met Raymond Castro (manager) and Joshua "Kelly" and my day couldn't have got better. I had Raymond help me with my auto battery and Kelly installed it along with my rear blinker. My car battery was having problems so I called to see if I was out of warranty. Gerald informed me that I was 10 days past the warranty. He told me that because it wasn't past a month, that I could come in and he would swap the batteries out. He was very nice and helpful, and had my new battery installed in less than 10 minutes. The customer service was beyond amazing. He didn't have to do what he did, but sometimes going that extra mile for a customer truly makes a difference!! I just want to say thank you again because I was stressing about having to pay for a new battery. We need more people like Gerald in this world. It's not just the fact that he swapped my battery out for free, he put himself in the customers shoes, and that act of kindness will always be remembered. Thank you so much!!! read more

Kind of pointless to offer lifetime warranty on the brakes just so I can come back to replace my brakes and for them to say oh well you're not in the system even though I've purchased hundreds of dollars worth of stuff from them and I don't know one person who's gonna hold onto the receipt for a year or two ago and I rely on their computer system to keep track of my purchases but of course very time I come in to use my break warranty they can't find it. This happens every time. The two stars if just because the new guy helping was really nice about it. The manager he had to ask was full of attitude and would talk to me directly even though she was standing right there she would tell the man to tell me. I'm done with auto zone. read more

Kelly (J. Kelly) was so professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I spoke first on the phone about my car battery options, then turns out he's the one who helped me when I arrived. He did a caring job cleaning the battery compartment and terminal brackets which were a mess. He educated me as he went along and I really appreciated that. As a woman dealing with cars, a lot of times men talk down, but he was very respectful and made no assumptions about what I did or didn't know just because I am a woman. Outstanding service. read more
