Adam was so helpful and took the time to carefully examine the locking mechanism, even though it was freezing and there was a weather alert for incoming snow. He walked me through what he was doing so that I could be prepared for next time this happens. He tried several times to fix the mechanism, which had somehow become flipped, until he succeeded. I appreciate his patience and kindness! There were several other customers in line before me, so I also saw how the staff helped them.
