I found it after he left. After explaining what kind of wheels my car had, I was sold a unit that he recommended and it damaged the wheels. They advertised a free engine light check yet refused to do one. To replace a side marker light a clerk said he could not do it because the bumper had to be removed. Went home and pulled it up on internet and all it required was prying off the light cover. An associate said she couldn't replace my headlight bulb because she said her hands were too fat. So glad O'Reilly's opened up right across the street!

The trunk release button was locking the car and the car lock was releasing the trunk! Lucky for her I took my shortcut around traffic and passed by this Batteries Plus location. I decided to see if they could help me. Without any hesitation both gentelman working had a look at the issue. It appeared to be a teaching moment for the younger employee. They explained how it looked like the buttons had been placed back in incorrectly when the battery was replaced (I have no idea where my mom took the fob the first time, but I know it wasn't here.) The gentleman helping me kept testing and rearranging the buttons until they were all functioning properly. To my surprise they didn't even charge me! I truly appreciated the stellar customer service. He even answered some questions avout cell phone chargers while he was helping me. I highly recommend this Batteries Plus location!

There was a loud squeaking noise coming from the belt area of the engine compartment. My 2006 Envoy XL has 181000 miles and I am very careful to keep it well maintained. Hands down the best in the area! Great prices and top notch service…read more Cold weather did a number on my battery this morning and after getting a jump I did a quick review of the standard auto part shops in the area (Auto Zone, O'Reilly, etc). This location had the highest scores in the area so I took her in to get looked at. I was immediately welcomed by the staff when I walked in the front door. A tech asked how they could help and she immediately brought out a test kit to diagnose my battery, alternator and charging system. After determining everything was copacetic with the car itself, the robot noted that the battery was still low and needed to be charged. The staff hooked my battery up to a charge unit in their shop and ran it through a series of tests while also charging it to full capacity. This was a lengthy process but the staff made it a friendly experience while I waited. Looking around the store I noticed a few items that I had recently been price shopping at Walmart and Target were actually cheaper here. Wiper blades and windshield fluid. I made a purchase while waiting. Eventually they charged and tested my battery and for free. Turned out that my battery was at the end of it's useful life so they recommend I replace it but here's something unique: they also understood that I wasn't ready financially to foot that unexpected bill today so they helped me reinstall my battery with none of the high pressure or nagging that other shops seem to always do when they have you in a bind. These guys were so helpful and although I know I need to replace my battery, they could have taken advantage of me but didn't. They basically helped me out of a tough situation and let me decide how to handle things. Across the board they treated me like a friendly neighbor and I hope that this review helps steer some good people in their direction. There are a lot of options in this area but I have to definitely echo the past reviews in saying that this shop is where you need to go. Thank you!

Pulled up to Firestone at 9:40 and was told that they sent me an email canceling my appointment. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me. I asked why and the guy stated that we can't get to that appointment around that time. He said but if you planned on leaving it we may be able to get to it. What's the purpose of offering a service for which the customer has paid for but the establishment don't want to honor? I left my car and they were able to get to it. I told them that I was going to notify Corporate about having my appointment being canceled.
