One of the most rude people I have ever spoke with on the phone. First he answers the phone like he…read moreis at home. I asked if this was the junk yard. Then he says what do you have for sale, I say I don't have anything for sale I'm looking for parts. Do you do that, Sell parts? He goes not to you with your attitude. I said what attitude? I told him I've been on the phone all day looking for parts. He says, I won't sell you any parts. What a jerk! I had absolutely zero attitude until after he said he wouldn't sell to me, then I copped and attitude and told him exactly what he was! AH! Too bad for them. Must be nice to be doing so well as to chase customers away! They just lost a lot of business.

My experience was similar to one of the previous reviews. First off, the people I spoke to were…read morenice. The problem is their quoted price is no we're near what they will give you. After asking if I had the title, battery, catalytic converter, no flat tires I was quoted a price of $210. It was less because I could not locate the title. The next day I called to verify the time and a different person answered. He quoted me a lesser amount of $150 because of the missing title. I started to realize with such a difference in quotes that something funny was going on but whatever. I suspect they will change the final quote to $120 or so. Guess what? When they arrived, they changed the final price to $100 to no surprise. I will say, everyone was nice but just know the price they give you will probably not be anywhere near what they tell you. Yes they will give you any reason why your 2003 car isn't what they expected, even though you tell them the make model and condition. Just know, they will switch the price on you at the last moment
