Extremely disappointing customer service. I visited the store to return an item but was told they…read morecouldn't process it because I didn't have the receipt. I explained that I wasn't provided one at the time of purchase and that my phone number was given instead. The associate claimed there was no record under my number. When I asked if they could look up the transaction using my card, I was told to go back to the original store where I purchased the item. This response makes little sense, as a company-wide system should allow any location to verify purchases regardless of where they were made. Instead of being helped, I was dismissed without a real solution. For a brand that prides itself on customer service, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

We don't do any tuning only the factory tune that they give you which is crap. I would not pay for it if you're going to buy from them, buy the Whipple and then have it tuned by somebody else. I've had nothing but issues I probably won't buy from them again. If I can't fix it I'll just get my money back. Very poor help. Not very happy with this company at all. A shop that's helping me out. Reached out to them for help. They said we can't help you. Sorry he he deals with him directly and he is stunned that they won't help him out. Very very disappointed in this company. Shut the door on me because I have headers California legal and they say that's the issue when he says it's not the issue

The guy on the phone also got me said it was 205 and when we returned the old one we would get 61 back. However when we got there he said 288 or something and when I questioned it they said when I get the 60 back it will be 205. I said let's just pay cause I didn't want to go somewhere else even though I had found cheaper someone was already coming to install it. This isn't okay and we better get a refund.
