I had two cars I was anted to trade. They insisted I bring them both at the same time. I explained several times that I live in the area and would need to bring them in one after the other in the same afternoon. For some unknown reason this was not acceptable. I drove to Bellevue and bought a similar new Jeep that day for a better price. Fast forward a couple of years. I wanted to buy local and thought I'd give them another shot while looking for a new truck. This time the sales guy said I had to bring in my husband. We hadn't even discussed if I'd be paying cash or financing. Needless to say I left and will never try them again.

Darrell and his family really saved the day for us (even if our truck could not be saved)…read more I'm 7 months pregnant, and our '91 landcruiser was overheating in the 110 degree heat as we came across the pass on a SUNDAY. We called 4 places before we got Darrell's name and number from one of the auto parts shops that happened to be open (most calls around town went unanswered because Ellensburg is a sleepy place on Sunday). Darrell's shop is a bit out of the way on his property in Kittitas, but really not hard to find. He assessed the issue and believed it to be a bad radiator, but we were not prepared to spend the night in town waiting for a new radiator to be brought in the next day, so Darrell helped us flush the coolant and check a few things out that might help the truck to be functional. Unfortunately the truck could not be saved, and in the end we chose to use triple A to tow it back to Seattle (not because Darrell couldn't/wouldn't fix the problem, but because we chose not to invest $600 in the new radiator for such an old truck). I can't say enough about how nice he was though - very thoughtful about his customers, and very helpful about trouble shooting. Not only did he let us and our two dogs spend most of the day in his air conditioned shop to avoid the heat, he also allowed us to leave the truck on his property for a few days before we sent the tow truck to retrieve it. Also, the guy had a line up out the door on this particular Sunday, and he was bending over backwards to help those folks as well. Would definitely recommend his services.
