The other was horseplaying around with one of his friends, ( who was behind the counter) I ask for some help finding an item and he was very rude and just paid more attention to his friend than helping me. I have been in the store many times, the best person working there is Alex Gonzales. He is always helpful and shows me where things are, very polite. The other young man was just acting like I was interrupting his time with his friends. Seems like some of the staff need to learn what customer service is or find another job.
