The owner Jovan has no clue what is going on so he lies everytime we call for an update. I was told to drop it off because the transmission was in, I was told they finally started working on it last Thursday, now he says that they are having to wait for the transmission and there is logistics involved. He has no clue what lie to give us next. Why they don't just fix my vehicle and give it back is beyond me. Why keep dragging us through the mud for no reason. I paid the high down, I have made every payment on time even though my vehicle is not fixed still at almost 3 months into this. How can this even be real. The worst part is they do this to people knowing they can't do a thing about it. They don't lose anything and could care less because they will just keep getting away with scamming people. It's been over a week and all I want is an accurate update or my vehicle back. Is that too much to ask?!?! Even better when you get a call from the owner that last 2 mins and he answers nothing then hangs up on you because scamming customers is more important. Jovan is even more rude than his staff. The absolute worst dealership and shop! STAY AWAY!!! Update #2: They finally tell me to drop my vehicle off and have now had it for 2 days and have not touched it at all! Their awful excuse is it was too long to get in their shop so they had to clean the other side out. Are you serious?!?! Don't bother trying to talk to anyone because you can't ever talk to anyone just the worthless guy who answers the phone and is rude and can't do anything at all. This company just gets worse and worse. They don't care that your making payments on time while they run you around, or that they are leaving you without a vehicle for over a week when it was supposed to be 3-4 days which is still longer than most shops. Update: It has now been over 2 months since I started the fight with this company. I still do not have my 50k vehicle fixed. Still more excuses, we have to repeatedly call for updates and get nowhere. Don't ask to speak to the owner because it won't ever happen. The warranty they offer is just a cash cow for them they don't actually honor it or do anything with it. I called the warranty company myself and they have no record of my vehicle.....at this point I'm convinced they never planned to fix my vehicle. Transmission was supposed to be in today, here it is end of day no word from anyone and conveniently no one is available to speak to either. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HERE AS YOU CAN!!! At first thought we found a diamond in the rough here. Had nice vehicles and even offer a warranty.....the catch is you will get a vehicle with a big mechanical issue then you will spend the next 30 plus days fighting to get it fixed. Fighting just to get communication. You will get the run around. Call the warranty company and after almost a month since I bought the vehicle they say they don't even show an active account for me. Yet I'm told by Vicki that I have an approved repair. Wait 2 weeks for a tacking number that I have to keep calling for updates on just to be told conveniently it was lost in shipping....how do you lose a whole transmission??? That's not counting the radio screen that doesn't work still. So here we are over a month later, a 50k vehicle with nothing but problems and no answers.

The first two shops were rude over the phone, but I was able to get a quick response when calling over Barry's on a Monday morning. Barry was extremely helpful when he installed my DINAN Axle-back freeflow exhaust for my BMW. Upon arrival, I walked into the front office and explained what I wanted done which was to fit and weld my exhaust as it was previously held together by a metal coupler. I wanted to ensure I did not have any exhaust leaks so I went in for the weld. From initial phone call, to visiting the shop, and having Barry work on my BMW took no longer than an hour and some change. He immediately started working on my car after we discussed what I wanted, the placement/fitment, and the price for the job. My BMW exhaust pipes are a little more complex with being at an angle versus most traditional exhaust having a somewhat straight angle for their pipes. Barry made sure the material of the pipe that was going to be welded on had a perfect fitment by rolling it to the actual inlet size. During the job, he checked in with me in-person to make sure the placement and fitment of my exhaust tips were to my liking. I really appreciated that as this was a very friendly customer experience as some shops wont tell you or ask you for your opinion/advice on how you want things done. Overall, I cannot speak for past or previous experience with some customers in the past. But I can say the work by Barry was meticulous and professional and at a very good price point for the quality of work. I was a very satisfied customer with my newly fitted DINAN Axle-back free flow exhaust. I even came back the same week after I let my exhaust tone break in to have him do a little more work on my mid-pipes. If you're looking for solid shop to work on your exhaust/muffler then I would definitely recommend Barry himself. I've had no issues both times I visited him and he quoted me fairly on the work and time put in the jobs he did.

Brakes-N-Axles was a God send and I could tell the reviews were right about this business upon pulling into the lot because they were jam packed! I was surprised when they didn't send me away because they were so over-booked. They quoted me a decent price (lower than any of the other places I contacted) and the service was fast! They test drove my vehicle to make sure it was safe for me to drive and that was that. I will say this, they don't talk much, but I imagine that I don't talk much when there is work to be done. I left there happy and satisfied.

It felt more like guesswork than competent repair work. I eventually took the vehicle to another mechanic, who quickly identified the actual root cause and repaired it for a fraction of the cost I had already spent at this shop. To make matters worse, the second mechanic also found defective work from Brakes n Axels that is now causing additional issues. Paying repeatedly for unsuccessful repairs is frustrating enough, but finding out that previous work was poorly done makes it even worse. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I also found out that they charged me for a job that they never did and when I confronted them, they got very rude and told me see you in court crazy how they went there, but I guess that's what we will do then do not trust these people.They will charge you for things that they do not do. They are not good people. Do your research. They also have a F with a Better Business Bureau.
