We went to a couple, local dealers only to find NONE in stock and it would be two months before we could get one on order. We even phoned two places in Spokane and NEITHER phoned us back to make a deal - we even told them we were ready to buy that same day. Along comes Protection Plus. We found them online, called the number on their site. The guy who answered said he was a mechanic, but would have a salesperson call us back. We hung up, fully expecting no call to come. We told ourselves the first place to call us back gets the deal. Protection Plus called us back in FIVE MINUTES. We drove to their Colville location, but were told the ATV was at the Deer Park store. The Colville folks phone ahead and the Deer Park store even stayed open late to wait for us. They had 3 ATVs and one was already spoken for. The other two were up for grabs, but another customer also expressed interest. We grabbed the one we wanted. It was the perfect quad for us. And they made us a great deal for the quad and a snow blade. Since then we've ordered parts and accessories with ease and all with great customer service. It's family-owned attention to the customer that makes Protection Plus a cut above the rest. Even after four hours, arriving home, we still hadn't heard from the other big-company dealers.
