Called, got an answer "please hold", hangs up. Unprofessional no wonder they have a bad rating.

Not open when I need them the most. Really what the heck. I drove by thinking that they might be open right now but no they are not.

Because the clerks here are too incompetent to keep proper inventory, and management is clearly incapable of supervising them, contrary to the claims on their website, they didn't actually have the part in stock and had to order it from out state, and that it wouldn't come in until Sept 8th at the earliest, because apparently no store in the greater Chicago-land area carries a very common wheel hub/bearing assembly used on almost all of General Motor's mid sized vehicles throughout the 2010s. No one bothered to call me to say that they didn't have it in stock and simply assumed I would just be fine waiting an extra 5 days for it to be delivered to the store. I have a hard time believing none of the stores around Chicago have this in stock, I'm pretty sure the customer service rep I spoke to was simply lazy and didn't want to call around since they know what a shit show their inventory management system is across all their retail locations. I paid a significant premium to have it today, O'Reilly charged me $138.99 plus tax, more than a 40% premium compared to the exact same AC Delco FW381 from Walmart for $97.11, and now my car is going to remain broken for another week while I wait for parts to get delivered from Walmart because O'Reilly cant keep track of their inventory. Its not even like these parts could have been stolen and that's why they're out of stock, as they're all kept behind the counter. This store isn't competing in the market place on price, they're competing on convenience and same day product availability, but they completely failed at that. If you show up to buy a part, chances are they wont have it, so just save a few bucks and order it from someone who can keep track of their inventory like Walmart or Amazon. Update: So today, after I already ordered a FW381 from Walmart, and had been told by customer service that my order with O'Reilly was canceled, found out this was apparently nothing but a bunch of lies too. As I received an email an hour or so ago that my order is ready for pickup. The store clerks being so incompetent not only could not find the part Saturday, but couldn't be bothered to cancel my order either. Well at least this confirms there is perhaps one employee there that isnt incompetent. And now I get to follow up with the district manager after Labor Day to make sure that I actually get my money back. In case you need to contact management, the district manager for this store is Carl Justus and his number is 773-763-1573
