Made a call to these guys and Tim came down to my office (which was down the street) to help get me started. Followed him back to the store, replaced my battery and made sure everything else was good to go! They went above and beyond to help me out, and their prices are more than reasonable! Well, it very could be the reason...But I am not going to forget anymore. Napa is a great store, besides auto parts. They carry parts and tools for marine, and farm equipment. Napa's inventory rivals the dealers when it comes to supplies and prices. The service is so much better, than the two other businesses I mentioned. They even offer curbside pickup, and online pickup is normally ready within 30 minutes. I will make it a point, to shop here more often.

For anyone who does their own car repair, you probably already know that Napa parts are typically more expensive than places like AutoZone. But you're paying for the expertise of Napa salespeople, who have not steered us wrong with incorrect parts. This particular Napa store is hooked to one of their larger distribution centers in the area. So if you need a car part or tool, there is a good chance they'll have it at this store, or in the attached warehouse. The last time I was in, everyone was masked (during pandemic times), and aisles and floors were clearly marked to keep patrons safely distanced. When we have an auto parts need, it may save us a few bucks to go to a cheaper vendor, but avoiding the hassle of wrong parts and returns makes it worth it to pay the price at reliable Napa.

The employees are friendly and they have a nice selection and are very quiet and personable like a small village auto store. The only down side is that one time when they put my wiper blades on for me, they didn't attach them properly, and it cracked my windshield and caused me to miss my concert in Wheeling, WV. I'd probably give them a 3 for that, but I live right by this place and don't want to get dirty looks (lol) so I'm giving it a 4. Yay local businesses.

If you're not sure of what size windshield wiper you need, there's people here to help you with that! They have all the info in their computers, so don't be afraid to ask if they can check what size wiper you'll need for your car's make and model. Like I said, they have a number of things here for your vehicle, with anything from road safety kits and wiper fluid to batteries, and other car parts. That aside, prices are usually pretty good. The lot is a bit tight and this location gets pretty busy. There is also a Tim Horton's drive-thru and a car wash located on the property. Just a note, they recently changed their credit system and there is no reference mentioned for "credit" only for "debit" when you insert your card. I selected the "debit" on the left of the screen (a second debit reference is on the right side of the screen) and it did process my card as credit.
