The item is also a Napa Oil Seal. Part Number:140006 e Invoice number DAL00119842401 However, the only difference is one of the two NAPA OIL Seal sold to me within the past week is missing a coiled spring inserted on one side of the seal. This is not the only issue. On Saturday, 08/09/24, I was told by an senior employee that this seems to be the issue among young employees by not understanding or ordering the correct items. And I agree. However, in my circumstances, it appears consistent with tampering with an imperative part necessary to properly install a CV axle and a wheel hub, rather than, a defective item. I have always always had APEX as it came with my truck when I bought it 5 years ago. The day I got the new battery and RF Hub put in by the techs at Stanley, APEX was disconnected and stopped working. IT HAS ALWAYS WORKED until then! I had my truck inspected by a local dealer to see if they can reconnect the GPS unit and it's GONE!! Completely Vanished! So it was either stolen or another careless act by Stanley and just not put back. To say I'm disappointed in the service is an understatement.
