They had the radio I needed for $35 plus some shipping. Anywhere else that I looked they were$180 plus. PT Cruisers were a popular car 2000-2010 (1.3 million sold) but hard to find odd "stuff" for now. Arrive in the time we agreed to and works as it is supposed to. man today was a hell hole, went to autozone to pick up a filter for a 2012 mazda three with the…read more2.3L I4, got my filter and oil and went home to change it, put the filter on, fit good, filled up the oil, and as soon as i started it the filter blew off blowing oil all over my brand new garage floor, called the autozone, went back, the guy gave me the wrong filter, he had the AUDACITY to ask me if i "seriously didn't realize it was the wrong one" i told him, "i work at hillside tire and service in sandy, i do this every day and i have NEVER gotten a filter wrong in my career there". Autozone do us all a favor and pick better employees, he was VERY rude about HIM giving me the wrong filter, and i appreciate the big apology from the older guy, he was much nicer than him and apologized over and over again, give yourself employees more training!!!

Jarel was the one that responded to my son's email right away yesterday and set up this appointment. My son was able to test drive an all-wheel challenger and was pleased at how well it drove. There wasn't anything wrong that stood out. A gouge on one of the tires but it wasn't bad and the tire is fine. The rest of the car is great. Mr. Hazen is the manager and handled the trade in with my son's car smoothly. So, I had written this review before the end of the sales and it's set up this way. I recommend waiting until all sales are final and here's why. We get to the last guy Mr. Laird and found out there's a tracker put into the car and you get charged just under $1500 for that. No choice. I didn't like that at all. We let it go since it was already in the car. Not right though.

They agreed to refund the full amount of the GAP insurance and Warranty we didn't want. He's agreed to provide a rental car and take the car into the shop and make repairs. Once this is done, money refunded, and the car has been fixed satisfactorily, I will update the overall rating. I'll keep you updated if they follow through. Warning (Do not buy a car at this dealership unless you want be harassed, scammed, and leave with a Branded title vehicle that doesn't meet any standards. Here are a couple of things to be aware of: 1) They will try to sell you a vehicle monitoring system that is $50 GPS tracking unit that is connected to your OBDII system. They wanted $1799 for it, and they say it can't be removed. It has two tabs to remove the unit in about 10 seconds; Later the salesman said we could pay for a year then they will remove it.... this was a complete lie. Don't Pay it! 2) They tried to add on a carbon credit fee of $200 which no one could explain what it was. 3) Branded cars have no manufactures warranty left, you have zero warranty on their cars. They will offer you a warranty and in my son's case they said it was $2,200 off but the contract was $4500 for a warranty, he thought it was $2200 total????? 4) The next morning after driving the car home he noticed the trunk was leaking, the taillights were full of moisture, and the trunk is out of alignment. We had an autobody tech look at it and he said there were numerous panels out of alignment and the car should not have left the shop. We went into the dealership Monday morning and asked to return the car and get our down payment back. They said it's his fault and he should have checked the vehicle (it was dark at night when he saw the car). This may be the worst car dealership in Utah and is by the least honest I've come across ever. You're better off going to Carmax or another dealer who stands behind their cars and doesn't lie to you the entire sales process. Run as fast as you can from here!
