I recently took my Jeep grand Cherokee to get the trunk button fixed. From the moment I called until I picked up my car, I had a great experience with Gerard's. I initially spoke with Frank and then Brian took care of me throughout the process. You can tell that they value their work even down to the waiting area inside the shop. There were freshly baked cookies and everything was very neat and clean. I feel like you don't often see that in automotive shops. They accommodated me quickly and were able to solve the problem with my trunk and I am so happy that's it's fixed.
