Granted when the tire blew it had caused some damage to the front bumper but they were insisting that he fix things that were working fine such as headlights. After a couple days of them refusing to quote anything else we had the car towed to Pep Boys. They fixed the tire and made sure the car was safe for him to get back on the road for just over $600. The gentleman we spoke to at the store and on the phone, Erick S. Was extremely helpful and reassuring that we would get the car back quickly. They were in constant communication with us and had the car ready before noon the day after we dropped it off. My son says the car feels so smooth now. I will definitely bring more business here. Thank you.

Was referred by Gene's and they were a God send to us. It was 5:05 pm and we were concerned wouldn't find anything until the morning, and on a Friday before a holiday weekend at that. Thankfully, they are a 24 hour service. We had a coolant hose that burst. Not a major fix, but enough to stop you in your tracks. Yes, you will pay a minimum 2 hour fee, but that was to be expected. Very polite and helpful dispatcher. Kept in good communication until the very end to check in after the mechanic left. Considering the 2 hour minimum, parts and 10 gallons of coolant the price wasn't out of line. We were back on the road 3 hours later. Saved at least a day out of our vacation.
