My project this weekend has been dealing with 2 repairs needed for my girlfriend's 2013 Toyota Camry: a damaged front bumper and a completely destroyed sideview mirror assembly (passenger side) from an accident she never told me about (lol). I was the only customer in the store, so I expected just one of them to help me. To my surprise, they both jumped into action, each taking on a repair issue. I say this as a professional who works with Al systems every day: there is no substitute for high-quality human customer care. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks again gentlemen!

They kept the car all day without ever calling. I had to call them only to be lied to. We took the…read morecar in for an intermittent AC issue at 8am and were told they would call with a diagnosis that would be around $112 or so. I called at 1230 since I never heard from them and was told it was a bad Schrader valve which is not a common problem and was my first indication that the advisor had no idea what he was talking about. I was told that it would be ready in 45 mins. 2 hours later we were told that the problem was not fixed and that it was in fact the compressor. He said the compressor was grounding itself out internally. Who believes this trash? We lost complete faith in them and told them to just give us back the car. They charged us $300 to evacuate and recharge the AC which had a bad compressor. Who does that? There also was no mention of any valve replacement on the invoice. This was our first and only time going there. The place is completely disorganized, dishonest and unprofessional.

In short: spent $2k to get air conditioned (rear evaporator, hoses, and fittings) replaced per their diagnosis. Four return visits later - everything was "working according to specifications". Two of our favorite gaslighting quips: 1) Your sunroof was vented slightly - that's it 2) The system is only designed to cool the air 10 degrees less than the outside air A call to the General Manager of the dealership referred us back to the service manager who still managed to tell us that it's working as designed. I just spent $600 somewhere else to have the system serviced AND NOW it's working fine. One of three things is true and none are good: 1) They simply don't care and make things up 2) The are incompetent and make things up 3) They are intentionally dishonest and make things up We tried to work with them, and they BSd us the entire way. Very satisfied with my purchase, Richy sold me my car in the sales department, he's an amazing God filled salesman! I 10/10 recommend asking for him! Michael MacMillan in services department has been great to us, even with a packed schedule he communicates to get us in promptly but within the service departments means for efficient service. Doug in finance was kind, shopped around for the best rates for us when financing, good conversation. Very easy to talk to, understands his job and what you're needing as a customer if it's possible he'll make it happen! I…read moretook the car back 4 times 1) when starting it would clunk-motor mounts not tightened 2) junk noises from underneath- left screwdriver in suspension. 3) clutch still not engaging/disengaging right 4) still not shifting right and the ESC light comes on by itself. My clutch would not always work just goes to the floor, won't go into gear, won't come out of gear. Steering wheel now not aligned with wheels. Took it to another mechanic he said that the clutch master cylinder had not been replaced and I paid for a new one. The new mechanic looked up the parts and found a clutch, flywheel and pressure plate set for $490.00 I was told from Wallace they were giving me a good deal and no markup because they were a thousand dollars each, the flywheel and the clutch. SO, they made over 1,500 in just those two parts alone. I was still paying for the car, had to pay off the loan trade it in as I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THIS CAR. SO, in a matter of a couple weeks I paid the 3,200, 800.00 and then 2,500 to pay off the loan on top of the 4k as a down payment. I hope they had a good Christmas because I sure as heck did not. I used to trust this place 100% when Dad and Son ran it.********* I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE NOW. I DO NOT THINK ANY OF THE WALLACES DAD OR SON RUN THIS PLACE ANYMORE. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING THERE EVER AGAIN. I NEEDED MY CAR AS I AM A TEACHER WHO TEACHES SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN. I HAD TO TAKE SEVERAL DAYS OFF and then get a rental. I hope they are out of business soon, so they cannot do this to other people, IF they can rip off a teacher, they can rip off anyone.
