I also know from personal experience that these guys are polite and know where almost every car, truck, SUV or van is in their yard and will direct you to that area. THIS IS A SALVAGE YARD, NOT WALMART. There are also PRIORITIES and to send a trained mechanic to look for an ashtray is NOT very good business. Sending a a person with an attitude to find their own part IS. There are trade-offs when buying used auto-parts and if you DO want to save hundreds if not thousands of dollars versus buying from the Manufacturer, you should learn be nice.

My truck broke a belt on the rear tire causing it to go egg-shaped and vibrate down the road the return to Walmart only a month after purchasing the tires and they told me they couldn't cover it under warranty even though it was a manufacturer defect. Similar issues with my other cars they'll always come up with a reason on to not uphold the warranty. Very disappointed not worth the savings I guess I truly got what I paid for .
