I have noticed a really strong smell inside the car since I first got her and nothing made it go away. I had it looked at a couple of times to be sure it wasn't engine related and used air fresheners. Finally I decided to see if a good cleaning would get rid of it. Tracy was awesome and 100% honest the whole time. She tested the air quality inside to be sure I wasn't poisoning myself and then researched why the car might have that smell. Turns out it was something they used in production in VWs. Unfortunately there is no way to get rid of the smell completely but she did an amazing job of cleaning her up.
