Mixed Experience with CPO Purchase While the delivery team…read morewas awesome, the overall experience fell short of CPO standards. I encountered a mean, rude salesperson and had to request a supervisor, and the car was initially dusty with dog hair on the dash. Although detailed before delivery, a persistent pet odor remained--something a CPO vehicle should have properly treated. I hope future buyers get paired with a much more decent sales representative.

I just sold my 2022 Black Edition Honda Pilot to Bob Ruth Ford, and couldn't be happier. They gave…read moreme a great deal, and came to Westchester NY to inspect and pick up the vehicle. I worked with Amy Davis on the acquisition. She was professional, pleasant, and got back to me timely. They had two guys show up at my house with paperwork, a check, one guy drove my car back to their dealership. It's a class act dealership, and I'll consider driving out there to buy a new vehicle next time I need one. I like dealing with good people. Things I wish I knew. I had a loan with Honda on the vehicle that they paid off directly and just under a $1000 over that they wrote me a check from their dealership for. Both cleared :) . I sold them the vehicle on 9/8/2026, my outstanding balance at Honda was just cancelled this morning, 9/17/2026. The physical check cleared the next day. They have you sign quite a few documents, two of which were power of attorney documents specifically regarding the vehicle. It gives the dealership the right to act as you, so they can sell the vehicle before they have the physical title. After a quick ChatGPT search, it turns out this is normal in PA, but my heart skipped few beats when I saw it, so I'm hoping to save you some heartache. I hope this helps!

So leaving it to the professionals. This only took them about 30 minutes and they did it in the holding bay which saved time. Great service, very nice professional associates to work with they keep you informed. The waiting rooms are large and comfortable.

My Wife's coworker at the Game Commission suggested we visit this dealership. We were interested in purchasing a pre owned CRV. Rahals web site had several we were interested in. We explicitly said we were interested in CRVs at certain price point. We wanted to check out CRVs with options and without, we asked repeatedly about CRV's with more options. We wanted to compare the price difference of base and Premium models. Before checking our credit, The sales manager suggested we look a hundai Santa Fa at much lower price point. If we wanted Hundai we would have gone to the Hundai dealership. The sales associate visibly cringed. The sales manager blatantly ignored our request to see the CRV with heated seats and tinted windows , proceeded bring the base model out. After the credit approval, finance manager said we would have been approved for any car we wanted. I've held on to this draft for 3 plus years. Mainly because I was unsure of how to process the whole experience. I've asked others about their experiences , the majority are overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately ours was positively awkward.

Took me some time to move past my fears of being on the road. I'm a Chevrolet lover. Excluding my first car, I've driven a Chevrolet. I went to Chevrolet's website and built and priced the 2022 Chevrolet Equinox that I wanted. I found one closest to my build and saw that it was available at Lawrence Chevrolet (or once I spoke to Ned Deissler -- In Transit). Ned Deissler, one of the Salesmen at Lawrence Chevrolet, gave me a call first thing December 15, 2021. We spoke at length about the vehicle and when it was expected to arrive at the dealership. Estimated date of arrival was December 22nd, 2021. However that date came and went. Ned kept updated on what was going on with the vehicle and that he would keep a look out and update me on its arrival. The Chevrolet Equinox hit the dealership January 10, 2022. Ned informed me of its arrival and we discussed pickup availability. I decided to pick up the vehicle the next day -- January 11, 2022. My dad and I drove from Philadelphia, PA to Mechanicsburg, PA (2hr drive). Everyone at the dealership, especially Ned, we're friendly and personable -- even to my dad who was NOT looking to purchase. My purchase went smoothly and there were no "greasy salesmen tactics". You know what I'm talking about. Paperwork took about one hour and I was out the door. Staff even let us know about dining options since we had a long drive to get home.

Yes, they said. I scheduled an appointment. Since I was a new customer I needed the last 6 digits of my vin. I told them I would need to call back. I got the numbers and I called back and hit 2 to speak to a service advisor. The person answered and I told them I think I spoke to you earlier and was told no it wasn't them, so again I told them what service I wanted and the person quoted me the same price as earlier. Again, I asked this price is to drop the pan and replace the filter? Yes it is. I set the appointment and said to them, your not going to call me the day of the service and tell me sorry it's $1000.00 more that what we told you? The person on the phone said no that is the price. I dropped my truck off. I received a text message so I could verify the charges. The price to verify was over $1500.00. I called them and was told that they gave me the transmissions flush price. This price was not the same as what I was quoted. I declined the service and went to pick up my truck and spoke with the service manager and was basically told I talked to the receptionist and they don't know the prices. I told him I pressed 2 to speak with a service advisor not once but twice and got the same quote. Please review your service price before agreeing to
