The finance manager & sales rep gave me an itemized invoice. They added 6k instead of subtracting 6k. Called out the sales rep, no response

I went to Autosource & regretted it afterward. I Went to purchase a 2017 Honda Fit and I let them know that I would be putting down $6000.00. The sales rep (Christian) went to the finance guy and came back with an itemized invoice. Even though they listed a down payment of 6000.00 on the invoice, they actually tried to ADD 6000.00 to my total instead of subtracting it from everything. They were trying to hide the additional 6k as "fees and taxes". When you do the math, it doesn't add up at all. I will attach a screen shot if possible. When I refused to sign the paperwork, the sales rep got the finance manager and they both tag teamed me in the office and wouldn't let me leave despite saying any quite a few times. I confronted the sales rep via text and called him out on it and he had nothing to say.

Buyer beware! Purchased vehicle 7/19. Bondo cracking six months later. I asked if they would stand behind their product and fix the flaw in their workmanship? Here is their answer "I reviewed your photos with my superiors, and unfortunately this is not something we could cover without a paint/dent warranty"

Thanks AutoSource of Colorado Springs First time shopping here things are a little different, first off I knew they had several trucks I was interested in for test drive . After meeting and discussing my needs and desires for high line fully loaded truck I drove a F150 twin turbo 3.5l and a Dodge Ram Larime 1500 5.7 l , the dodge was loaded and only had 19,000 miles I was able to drive it home. My wife loved it too great paint color and leather interior and all the technology bells and whistles you can get . Thanks Sam for working with me , and Mitch too! Elliot made the initial application a breeze. And my salesmen Robert and Isiah got my vehicles to me right away and helped with trade . Before you by your next used vehicle give these guys a try. Car broke down 89 day you guys have even said your self you offer a 90 day warranty. Its been over 30 days contact me or my lawyer mcdowell law firm will be in contact. I didnt drop$48,000 on two cars to get shafted on my 2018 jeep with 18,000 miles that needs 3,000 in repair. Justin 7198229012

Don't go here. They sell you cars that aren't 100% aka breaks that are metal on metal and then make you foot the bill.

Our Subaru is our reliable family car, with an elderly grandma and 2 kids it gets us from A to B, so not having it is really hurting us. My husband took our Subaru in because all the emergency lights came on, they told us it was the camshaft and it would be 1400 to fix, luckily for us it's covered under warranty. So after a week, we go back to get our car, mind you we don't live close. We live 40 min away, so this isn't like a hop, skip, and a jump away. My husband drives the car from the Subaru service to his work, and once he pulls into his job, ALL THE LIGHTS CAME ON AGAIN! Oh, it's also New Years Eve, so my husband plays phone/text tag with the person he's working with trying to tell him that he's bringing the car in. So we have to scramble to find a way to drop the car off but we did. As of yesterday, he was told that our car won't be looked at until Monday. Our car has literally been there for 2 weeks. And we have been without it for 2 weeks almost. I realize there's no sense of urgency because it's covered under warranty but honestly I wish someone else besides us cared about our car getting fixed. We had an Acura before and I've NEVER had issues like this when dealing with getting our car fixed. Really disappointed in the lack of urgency when it comes to getting our car fixed and given back to us, like no one cares. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW AS OF 1/5/25. Now my husband is being asked for all the records and receipts of his oil changes. My husband takes care of this car, he takes it to Les Schwab and changes the oil himself. Instead of keeping our car hostage and not fixing it why couldn't you all just fix it right the first time?!?!?!?! Because it's under warranty, now you wanna try and blame us, and find a way to make us pay something?!? Are you kidding me???! What kind of service is this nonsense???

I felt like he really cared about us and wanted to make our experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. I pulled up for an appointment to get our second smart key for our new Sienna with my fully disabled adult son, who is in a wheelchair, not realizing that the appointment would take an hour. I felt discouraged because getting him in and out of the converted van takes 30 mins alone as he's all bolted and strapped in and I didn't plan or want to go through all of that and hang out with my son in a public lobby for an hour and expose him to audible triggers or germs since there's not exactly anywhere else for us to go. However, Kevin worked with the tech (I believe Mike??) to save the day by coming out to us to work on the key so we didn't have to leave the van!!! He went out of his way to offer this convenience to us without me asking him for any favors. They took care of all of the paperwork and didn't have us wait around. We ended up being there for maybe 15 mins in total!! This simple and kind gesture meant so much to me and made such a positive impact on our day. Thank you, Kevin, for your compassion and thoughtfulness. You truly made the difference between a great experience and a disappointing one. You are fabulous! I hope we get to work with you again in the future! And thank you Mike for also going out of your way to come out to us and get us in and out quickly! This brings their income from one family to $90,000 within 48 hours In the early evening of last Sunday, my daughter was on her way to work and her rear tire totally blew out. This renders the tire mobility kit useless. There are no spare tires in these cars anymore. We had the car towed to our home. I took the tire off the vehicle and took it in approx. Noon the next day. now my daughter's car is sitting on blocks in the driveway with a plastic bag over the exposed brake system to protect it from our recent snow event).they said that they'd have to order another one, (they don't keep any tires stock , ever. there weren't any in Colorado Springs) and the ordered tire would come from Denver as late as the next day. During our wait on Thursday we were informed that there wasn't a tire available in COLORADO and they were ordering it from TEXAS. Now all this is the result of a flat tire. This is Friday and no news. They gave my daughter a LOANER so she could safely care for her Autistic son. I have been driving since 1968 and have never seen anything like this situation. The situation is still in progress and we are still waiting for a car tire to be returned to us BECAUSE WE HAD A FLAT. I would be delighted and happy to make a recommended suggestion to shorten the repair time, logistically, to 15 minutes. Keep 2 tires for each model in stock. I'll update this review NEXT WEEK when we get the wheel with a new tire on it. REALLY? ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?

I asked for the recording they claim proves why they won't fix their mistake, and the response I got was basically: "Yeah, we're not sending you anything. Get a lawyer if you want." That's the level of customer service you can expect here. They have no problem taking your money, misrepresenting features, giving false information, and then hiding behind "policy" the second you ask for proof or accountability. Instead of fixing what they messed up, they double down, get rude, and refuse to help. This dealership is the definition of buyer beware. Protect yourself, because they won't. I've been there through the whole process, and the level of dishonesty, disrespect, and complete lack of accountability from this dealership is unbelievable. From the start, the sales team kept giving her different information every time she asked a question, and it was obvious they either had no clue what they were talking about or they were deliberately misleading her. The situation with the car's features -- especially something as important as adaptive cruise control -- was handled so irresponsibly that it put her safety at risk. She trusted them because she thought she was dealing with professionals. Clearly, she wasn't. And let me be very direct: William is by far the worst one there. Every interaction he has with her feels dismissive, rude, and defensive, like he's trying to cover up their mistakes instead of fixing them. Watching how he has spoken to her and how he treats her concerns is honestly shocking. No customer should ever be treated like that. It's been one excuse after another, nobody returns calls, nobody wants to take responsibility, and the entire dealership acts like once the papers are signed, they can wash their hands of the customer. This is not how a reputable dealership behaves. This is how you lose future business and destroy your reputation. If you value honesty, basic human respect, and not getting jerked around, go literally anywhere else.
