I don't even have the words to fully express how grateful I am for Odessa Muffler and Brake. I was…read moredriving from Fort Worth to El Paso to visit my very sick uncle, and while passing through Midland, my bumper partially came off and started scraping on the highway. I pulled over and tried to fix it myself, but I was still four hours from my destination, it was getting dark, and as a young woman traveling alone, I was honestly scared. I arrived at Odessa Muffler and Brake right at closing time, expecting to be turned away. But instead, they greeted me with warmth and didn't hesitate to help. They stopped what they were doing and got to work on my car immediately; no questions asked, no judgment, just kindness. They spent an entire hour after closing carefully securing my bumper, checking my whole vehicle to make sure it was safe, and even discovered and fixed my muffler that was hanging off (which I had no idea about!). When I asked how much it would cost, they told me it was free. That kind of generosity is so rare, especially when they easily could have taken advantage of my situation. I didn't have much money, and this trip was an emergency, but because of them, I made it safely to El Paso and was able to spend precious time with my uncle before he passed the very next day. Their kindness meant the world to me, and I will never forget it. Odessa Muffler and Brake didn't just fix my car; they made it possible for me to say goodbye to someone I loved. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am forever grateful.

Their professionalism is top notch from first interaction at the front area to the ability of their mechanics to find and repair major problems and even the weird things that happen. The knocking in the trunk was a gear in the motor of the rear window shade. I expected it to be the drive shaft, axel... (I googled the noise). In just a few hours I went home without the knocking and having paid a very small bill.
