I was shopping online for a Esprit windscreen repair system and came across JT Handtools which had this item almost £200 cheaper then in other places. Usually this kind of price difference rings some alarm bells, especially because I couldn't find any reviews of this company. I decided to buy it because of PayPal option to pay for it. The very next day the Esprit repair system was at my house. Beautiful piece of kit, with one small problem. The uv lamp didn't work. I sent the email explaining the problem and within a 15 minutes I had respond that they going send me a new lamp. Because the uv lamp in this kit is the tube type and Esprit released the new upgraded version of led uv lamp I ask them, can I pay some extra money and instead of tube lamp you'll send me the led lamp? In response to this they told me that they gonna send me the new upgraded led version FOC which they did including prepaid envelop to return the faulty lamp. We had our car broken into last night by some stupid hooded youth (I saw him running away so that…read moredescription is accurate) looking for an iPod or Sat Nav. Needless to say, he found nothing as there was nothing of value in the car, but he did destroy an entire passenger window and scatter shards of glass literally all over the interior of our car. After paying a joyous £75 excess on our insurance for this little idiot's fruitless escapade into our car, Churchill sent out Autoglass to fit a new window. They were friendly on the phone, and promised to send out a mechanic the next day. He arrived ahead of time, which was amazing, and was extremely friendly and personable. He vacuumed the inside of the car, and managed to fit the new window despite the fact that the car's battery had inexplicably gone flat overnight. I just can't describe how pleasant this guy was! He seemed to have genuine sympathy for our annoying plight. Next stop, RAC breakdown. This crook who broke into our car is going to end up costing us a lot of money.

Replacement windscreen was Fitted at your Leeds Depot on Friday 23rd September, On collection of…read morethe vehicle I was assured by the Depot Manager that a quality replacement had been achieved with nothing to worry about!!!! 2 days after Autoglass completed the works Monday 26th sept while driving down the M62 from Leeds Both side window trims started to come away from the car and were flapping in the wind, I called your call centre and spoke to Kate Morgan who at first insisted that we wait up to 5 days for someone to call us back with a resolve. Instead we returned the car back to the Leeds depot that day and found all the clips had been damaged when Auto glass had removed the Windscreen the damaged trims which they refitted knowing the clips were damaged and not now effective, After a Discussion with the depo manager we made it clear that they would need to replace the trims at this point he made a call and said they would order new trims and fit them on Tuesday 27th Sept. We then got a call from your call centre from a Ian on Tuesday 27/09/2022 who informed me that the trims were not at the depot and could he rearrange the booking for Wednesday 28/09/2022 which we agreed so the repair took 3 days the impact on our business meant we had to reschedule jobs across the 3 days. A call was received from Dami Auto Glass customer call centre late Thursday 29/09/2022 after a conversation he was unsuccessful in resolving our complaint. We thought we were dealing with a reputable company this replacement screen cost over a thousand pounds, We value our vehicles and take pride and care to ensure they are in good condition and maintained at a high standard, Auto Glass abused the trust we placed in delivering a professional service which we expected I would strongly advise anyone who asks about our experience to think carefully before trusting there vehicle with Autoglass. I look forward to your response and resolve in this matter.
