It doesn't happen very often that I leave a reviews, especially the positive one but I had no choice this time. Customer service of this company deserve 10 stars out of 5. I was shopping online for a Esprit windscreen repair system and came across JT Handtools which had this item almost £200 cheaper then in other places. Usually this kind of price difference rings some alarm bells, especially because I couldn't find any reviews of this company. I decided to buy it because of PayPal option to pay for it. The very next day the Esprit repair system was at my house. Beautiful piece of kit, with one small problem. The uv lamp didn't work. I sent the email explaining the problem and within a 15 minutes I had respond that they going send me a new lamp. Because the uv lamp in this kit is the tube type and Esprit released the new upgraded version of led uv lamp I ask them, can I pay some extra money and instead of tube lamp you'll send me the led lamp? In response to this they told me that they gonna send me the new upgraded led version FOC which they did including prepaid envelop to return the faulty lamp.
