I asked the parts guy 3 time to make sure my part would be in for the 23 of December. I was told it would be. On the 23th I went to go pick up the part I needed and was told that there has been an error on the order. So a little mad at the fact they didn't bother to call me to let me know this piece of information. So I'm told by the guy behind the parts counter, my part will be here on the 24 and he will deliver the part directly to me. I run over to Varsity Chrysler in the morning of the 24th to see if my part is in yet. To my Shock they are closed. Went to the dealer to see a car that we were interested in and took her for a test drive and…read morenoticed an issue with the car upon the test drive. The guy was super helpful at the time and very friendly and said that he would talk to the dealership about getting the car taken in to get this issue fixed. He also looked into doing a trade into my vehicle, and we had agreed on a price and had a full Agreement with the trade-in and the other car. We tried to get him to give us a written contract which he did through email, but then did not respond and let us know when the other car would be fixed and did not communicate well with us at all. It's just disappointing that, we had to call him back constantly when we were waiting for answers. We ended up moving on and getting a different car. The other thing was that there was a $30,000 claim on this vehicle that only had 12,000 km on it and he did not disclose that to us upfront. That I do find a little bit dishonest and this type of information should be told upfront because that is a big deal. It's not like a scratch.

After paying $1350.00 for the repair I reached out to Bonnybrook Auto Sales and was basically told that because they had taken money off the asking price they didn't feel responsible to help with the cost. They also felt it was a high mileage vehicle and those things happen. What is the point of a mechanical inspection if the mechanicals aren't inspected? Most reputable dealers would've offered some type of resolve. My advise to you is avoid any dealing with this business. Stay with the reputable dealers. Once these guys have your money that's it.

Faisal is more interested in talking about the fact that he is Muslim, showing pictures of his kids and wife, while telling you about his nights out with other women and his wife being suspicious. I bought a used Infiniti at this location. They sold me the extended bumper to bumper warranty…read morewhich means it covers the whole car. When I took a test drive both the car keys did not work and I was told just the battery is out on the keys and need replacement and it seemed a fair reason and I didn't say anything about that. When the deal was finalising I told them the brakes need replacement as I could see it worn out (I work as an automotive tech). They said yes we will take care of the brakes and get them replaced. I signed all the paperwork and deal was done. Then there was a bit of delay with my insurance and I said I will pick up the car in a few days. They didn't wait on that too and got it delivered to my home and I confirmed with them on call that all the work is done and the message I received back was yes and I also might have the call recordings of that. Then when I saw the car the brakes were the same old. The keys battery never replaced. I replaced the key battery myself and got a new surprise that one key works sometimes and the other one never works. Even the remote starter doesn't work on any of the keys. I visited them again and asked to get this matter looked at and they said we can check it for you but we will not fix it in warranty or any claims. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER BOUGHT A CAR AT.
