BEWARE of Barber Construction. TY BARBER (the owner) IS VERY DISHONEST…read more I just want to let the medical/dental community out there know that this is not who you want to use to build your offices. Ty Barber built my office, collected his payments and left my office with many issues that he never came back to fix. It was excuse after excuse as to why he cant fix his bad work, Ty Barber then decided to completely not stand by his work all together. I was left with having to pay a lot of money to have his work redone/repaired. I dont know why he has these good reviews. I doubt they are legitimate. If you notice, all these positive reviews are very very recent...and I noticed that there has been a few bad reviews that now no longer appear on is listing. Very interesting. If you're even thinking about using Ty Barber, please think twice. This person makes a lot of false promises but will not stand by his work. Even his own crew has bad things to say about him. They all will tell you in private how bad their boss is. I do hope that people will soon see how dishonest Ty is. Please beware.

After a major water leak in my attic caused by a bursted pipe, I was left with over $40,000 in…read morewater mold mitigation damages then came another big bill.. rebuild. My home was largely uninhabitable - the master bedroom, a secondary room and bathroom upstairs, the downstairs living room, and even the garage were all severely affected. I got multiple rebuild quotes ranging from $60K to $80K, and most of the contractors I met either seemed overwhelmed by the scope or made it feel like my insurance job wasn't worth their time. Then a mutual friend introduced me to Jacob and Victor the brothers behind Garbros Builders, and from our very first meeting I knew they were different. They took the time to understand my situation, showed genuine empathy, respected my limited budget, and most importantly throughout the entire project asked, "what would YOU want done here?" That one question set the tone for the entire project. It was clear they cared about my house, not just getting the job done. Even though we were working with a tight insurance payout, I never felt like I had to settle. One standout moment: I had chosen a more affordable bathroom flooring option due to budget constraints, but somehow they picked up on what I really wanted -- and special ordered it for me, at no ADDITIONAL cost. That act of kindness and attention to detail really blew me away. Beyond their craftsmanship, what truly sets Garbros apart is their integrity. They were respectful, compassionate, and honest throughout the entire process. They provided detailed receipts, photos, and everything needed for the insurance side. The whole time, I felt like I was working with family. These brothers are true professionals and masters of their craft. I could go on and on, but the photos of their work speak for themselves. If you're looking for contractors who treat your home like their own, I can't recommend Garbros Builders enough.
