As soon as I started the car, it felt much different. Acura claimed they didn't touch anything. I take my car to Jeff at Automo, and he promised that the car would be coming back all good. Firstly, I only went to this place because a colleague of mine works at this shop. I was expecting…read morea good customer service as they are my fellow Kabayan but turns out it was a bad decision. I wanted to get my car inspected for my insurance and it took them 3 weeks to get it done as they were always messing things up. I spoke to Arnel and told me the crack in my windshield will be fine but when I went there they told me to get it fixed. After I fixed my windshield they told me to come back by Saturday at 9am to do the inspection but the mechanic wasn't there. For the third time that I went back to this shop, they did not inspect my car. The mechanic just signed the paper without taking a look of my car and filled in the paper WRONG. So I went back the same day to get it done and explained to the owner the mistakes and I wrote down one by one what needs to get done properly. Unfortunately, the mechanic wasn't there anymore so I have to go back the next day which will be the 5th time. I went back the next morning and the paper wasn't even filled in properly that I have to tell them where they screwed up AGAIN. The owners of this shop are not professional and they are incompetent. I do not recommend this car shop and don't waste your time and money in this place. They will also blame you for their mistakes.
