I made a request…read morewaited the 10+ Minutes in the cold rain- I see the driver based on his license plates though a PHOTO- COLOR OF the car was missing. He looks at me and points forward. UP A CURVING HILL- I follow him then he cancels the trip. Unacceptable- unprofessional and not a standard UBER should stand behind. No call- no text. I was left to find my way to town 30 min walking on windy roads. This could have been avoided by your driver having the decency to keep the ride since I waited!!!!! I have never had this happen to me. It's humiliating and has caused me so much stress. A taxi ride back home was $45 USD!!! There is another ride share option in this country but I choose to support Uber. Not sure why.

I was able to arrange for a taxi to pick me up at 5 AM, using email. Before confirming the reservation, I had some questions and Pedro (Lopes) answered them promptly. He then confirmed the reservation and quoted a price of 15 € (for up to four passengers, including luggage and all taxes). Promptly, at 5 AM the following morning, Joao (driver) showed up. He took me promptly to the airport and that was that. I must mention that Joao was very courteous and charged me the price that had been quoted. I might add that in addition to speaking English (and Portugues, of course), he also speaks French! Very happy with this service which I highly recommend.

We used Lisbon Limousine twice during the course of our vacation to go to Lisbon and Sintra from Cascais. This is the perfect way to travel because you don't have to worry about finding parking in Lisbon or Sintra where it might be difficult. The drivers also have the inside track on where to go. The Mercedes vans we travelled in both days were really comfortable and the drivers were excellent. You can get a bit of history while driving to your destination. I would highly recommend them.

We booked a day to visit Sintra and we were picked up by Jorge at our airbnb location. The car is very nice and clean. Jorge was very pleasant and very entertaining. Jorge drove us to the best attractions in Sintra and Cascais. For lunch, he took us to a very good local seafood restaurant. We will definitely use their service again when we visit Lisbon next time.

Our Euro 11 bus ride traveled 120 miles in reserved seats.... and we arrived safely…read more What more could we ask? The bus terminal---- well it's very very basic. It's no-frills traveling. The building/area is really 2-stars. There is covered but outdoor seating. And there are digital signs telling you where your bus will arrive/ leave. You get to put your own luggage under the bus, then queue to get on the bus. Show your bus ticket to use the washroom for free (otherwise it's .50 Euros.

Fortunately. it's nice so we sat out in the sun. It's a short walk from the metro to the the bus station via the train station not as far as we had guessed. We took a Bolt, but the Metro would've worked.
