After one day, the small round crack became more pronounced that I didn't think it would get any bigger, but after only three days it tripled in size and by the fourth day it had a long 5 inch line spreading out of a center. I love my car and I love taking care of it. I'm glad I found this place. It was very quick. I am always busy running errands. These guys didn't waste my time. I highly recommend this place. The price was reasonable enough for a replacement windshield and I actually like this windshield better than the original because it has a tinted bar at the top. And yes, I am working on not speeding anymore.

Yelp sent the request out to several local companies, and these guys were one of the businesses that responded. They ended up having the best price of the quotes I received, but more importantly, they were responsive and easy to work with from the very beginning. They already had great reviews and were close to where I work, so everything lined up. My schedule changed and I wasn't able to get the windshield done when I originally planned. About a week later, I messaged them basically asking if they could take me on 20 minutes' notice. No problem. They told me to come over, and as soon as I arrived they pulled the truck in and started working. Before installing the windshield, they showed me the glass they had and compared it to what was already on my truck. They actually pointed out the manufacturer marking on my old windshield and explained the differences between the options, including some of the tint and markings around the glass. No upsell or pressure, just making sure I got what I wanted. They told me it would take about an hour, so I brought my laptop and figured I'd catch up on emails while I waited. I don't think it even took 30 minutes. I barely got through what I planned to do before they were finished. Great price, great communication, extremely accommodating, and excellent service from beginning to end. Five stars across the board!

I reached out to several auto glass repair companies and Auto Glass Center replied immediately. I had several questions regarding the difference between OM windshields and top-tier ones. Ivan explained everything I needed to know; including sensors, pricing, timeframe, etc. They were the cheapest quote I received and the most helpful. I brought my car in the next day and they had it ready in the timeframe they promised. They reviewed all the work that was done and let me know how my sensors would work the same. Ivan was very helpful, they did a great job.

I'd already paid them so kept calling them back (4 visits total) to have the correct glass put in and then fix leaks. During all of this, I'd called Auto Glass Center for advice and they were super helpful. The windshield was finally replaced and leak free...only to catch a rock and immediately crack beyond repair just 5 months later. I brought my truck to Auto Glass Center this time. Ivan remembered me and was super helpful. Not only did they get me in immediately as a walk-in, the work was done in the 90 mins specified, and they gave me a little extra discount. This is officially my go-to shop for auto glass needs!

He was able to get my part (16 year old car) and make the fix in UNDER 24 hours! This is a huge deal to me as I have to street park at night in a high traffic part of town. As if that wasn't good enough, he also came directly to me so I didn't need to miss work! Wally is a life saver! I found this company from another auto window repair owner I reached out to. He referred me directly to Wally for this particular job. Wally took my call immediately, was able to diagnose the issue via a video I sent him, and accurately quote me on the phone. This as opposed to my mechanic who told me it would be $225 for diagnosis alone and a likely two day repair. Wally's service was not much more than my mechanic's price, and it was done in half the time. He works honestly, efficiently, and his communication was great through the short process. If you are looking to find a specialist, do yourself a favor - reach out to Wally. He will save you time, effort, and stress at a very affordable price. All the best to you, Wally! THANK YOU!
