I sent in my 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo SS Intimidator Instrument Cluster and had a full repair done all the gauges were out. I also had my LED lights upgraded to Purple! I got my Cluster back in no time and everything works great and the Purple lights look amazing! Prices are so reasonable. My go to place for repairs. I sent my speedometer cluster to Auto Tech Rescue. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard back from them even after several phone calls and e-mails to Lindsay. My speedometer belongs in my 05 grand marquis lse which came with optional white face gauges in the package. I would never be able to find a replacement as only 155 of the LSE packages were made that year. So its very rare. So now my car sits without a speedometer and I'm unable to drive it. And they still are not answering their phone or emails. Based on my experience so far my opinion is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Ill be considering legal action soon. I need my speedometer back working or not. read more

Sent my ABS unit for repair 3 times, each time having to disconnect brake lines. The back and forth continued for weeks. Technician claimed there was no fault in the unit. Well, I had a computer scan showing error code related to internal failure of the unit. I settled for Auto Tech buying with $100 of my own money a second-handed unit from a pick-and-pull and then send it back to me. That cured the problem but cost me extra 100 bucks and over a month of waiting time. When I asked about the warranty I was told they would not replace the unit- I had to pay. Funny- could not fix the problem but would not offer to pay for the refurbished item! I even offered to split the cost!!! Do not use this company! Hard to get hold off and not trustworthy. read more

THIS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I shipped them my original cluster for my 96 SS Impala. Only the odometer reading light was out. ALL other lights were working. They stated they can repair the odometer light, it was an easy and common fix. After they received my cluster. I was told the cluster was blown out. I purchased a used cluster from them. Cost me $465.00 I was told all lights would be working. The used cluster would be tested and It would work like new. The cluster they sent. Blinkers and back nights lights not working. I called, no answer, due to them having caller ID. I called from a different number. They pick up. They refuse to return my old cluster. I ask them to repair the cluster they sent me. I dont remember the persons name. I want to say Lindsey or Ashley stated they could send me parts and I can repair myself. I ask about the warranty. I was told the tech would give me a call. Never heard from anybody. I should have went with the Holley EFI Digital Cluster in the first place. I sent my cluster due to the reviews, clearly these reviews were paid for. read more

Would not recommend, rarely return emails or calls. Sent a cluster in for repair, came back with another issue. They advised it was not the cluster, I spent $850 on other parts. Found out it was the cluster. Advised them, I still had to go get another cluster and send to them, when it came back 2 warning lights and 1 illumination light was not working. I was advised they would reimburse me for the second cluster, they never did. They wont stand behind their lifetime warranty. Not from San Francisco, California. Not sure how they got that info. Update: Since this review, Auto Tech Rescue has stepped up and made things right. I do appreciate the effort of Lindsay for making sure things were right. read more

My 2006 Mercury Marquis instrument cluster went dark, nothing worked. My first thought was bring to repair shop. After watching a few Youtube videos, took a chance and sent cluster to Auto Tech Rescue. Best decission I have made this year. I received a call from Auto Tech customer service to ask me if I had kept the clear plastic cover. I did keep the cover. Also, that they were giving me credit for the shipping to them( I had paid for prepay but forgot and paid at post office, this blew me away. They didn't have to. I received the cluster in about a week. Installed it. Everything works again.. even the low speed power steering is working. Auto Tech is a customer service company. read more

I was wrong Auto Tech Rescue is a great company to deal with I sent in an instrument Cluster out of a 1997 F250 for psom and new lens. In todays world it took a little longer then what I would have liked but I called Lindsay and she handled everything very professional, courteous and friendly. She rocks she is a great person to deal with and I would 100% recommend this company for all your vehicle electrical needs. The price is more then reasonable and the shipping cost wasn't bad either. But what made this transaction flawless without a doubt was Lindsay. I haven't installed the cluster back into my truck yet but I'm sure if I have any problems with anything Auto Tech Rescue will stand behind it. Great company read more

I sent the radio in for my 2006 Ridgeline as the display light quit working. Lindsay responded immediately and was a total professional throughout the process. The radio was repaired for only $45 and shipped back to me very securely for only $20. The display light works better than when it was new and I could not be happier!!! I had a 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac instrument cluster that was slowly deteriorating in functionality for years (Explorers are notorious for this problem). My local mechanic charged about $200 to repair it once, the repair failed after a week, then he pulled it out again to honor my warranty and made it worse, so I gave up. By the time I sent it to Auto Tech Rescue the fuel gauge, speedometer, and digital display all didn't work. Then one day the seat belt alarm started dinging constantly no matter what I did with the seat belt and this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I found Auto Tech Rescue via Google. I went on YouTube to research how to remove the instrument cluster (fairly easy if you're mechanically inclined), boxed it up, sent it off on a Saturday morning. I purchased the repair easily on their website shopping cart using PayPal (nice option). The following Saturday I got my instrument cluster back in the mail repaired and BACK in my truck and WORKING just like brand new. All said and done in LESS than a week. It's been over a week of long commute driving everyday and so it's working perfectly. Auto Tech Rescue literally came to the rescue on this. What a deal for $145. I read online the dealer charges up to $700 for this repair. Great experience all the way around. They also emailed to let me know the status of my repair and what day it would arrive and if I preferred a signature, etc. Great customer service. read more

These guys are AMAZING! They charged me only 10% of what the dealer was going to charge me to repair the AC dash control on my 2003 Toyota Highlander. They shipped my repaired part back to my service guy in record time so he could install it and get me back on the road. They were so good I am going to have them make the same repair on my 2006 Toyota Highlander AC dash control.
