When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the carpet in the back needed to be vacuumed because they missed a spot, I'm assuming. The attention to detail on the dashboard was decent. I also requested the engine bay to be detailed and it was not touched. I was charged almost $300 for the work and I am not satisfied. There are definitely improvements that need to be made. I received little to no communication. Neither my chat nor my call were responded to. Benefit of the doubt, this is a small company and they did a decent job for the spots they touched. I would not go back and I would not recommend.

Alex and his team are the kindest people and from day 1 I knew they were going to take good care of me and my car. The team (2 brothers) have been doing this for years and are experts. They even took the time to explain the PDR process and show me their examples. My initial quote was higher (not significantly) compared to others I got, but it is HONEST. Other companies will quote you less so you choose their shop and then charge you (not insurance) on the backend because it actually costs more than the quote. Do not let their quote scare you away!! It is incredibly reasonable and will save you money in the end. When it came time for the insurance adjuster to view the damage, he wanted to facetime me to inspect my car. I told Alex this and he thought it was unusual, so he asked if I could come to the shop during the scheduled time so that he could talk the adjuster through the quote versus me. I thought it was so kind for him to care that much and invite me in on his clock. Unfortunately, even after Alex gave the adjuster an incredibly in-depth report on the damage, my insurance came back with a claim price lower than the quote. I told Alex this and he told me he would handle it - I didn't have to do a thing on my end. Getting a rental car was a little unfeasible for me due to added fees. so Alex arranged for my car to be done while I was away one weekend. They even went so far as to take me to work the morning I dropped my car off. When I got back, I told them if possible I really needed my car for an errand and to my surprise and pleasure, the team had it done early. When I came to pick it up, the outside and inside of my car were spotless! (yes, they vacuumed and cleaned the whole inside of my car!) I was blown away. Companies nowadays don't go out of their way to show their customers just how much their business means to them. Wichita Dent Company is everything businesses should be and more. They go the extra mile and aren't afraid of a little hard work. I promise you won't regret choosing them.

Alex helped walk me through the insurance process so I could know what to expect, and had the damage fixed in a weekend. With the deductible assistance, I ended up paying nothing! After spending close to 6K on an engine replacement with Jeremy, I was assured from him personally that he has never had any problems with the engines he has purchased in the past from this dealer and he has never ever had any issues completing a warranty exchange. Warranty included parts and labor for 1 year from the date of install. Even after staying on top of oil changes and other normal maintenance required for the vehicle, less then 6 months after the replacement the engine needed replaced, AGAIN! I was given a bad engine. My original engine only needed the timing chain fixed but instead of being ethical, he wanted money. He told me I basically had to replace the engine and so I did. Since the timing chain was the only problem with my original engine and he lied to me, basically forcing me to replace the engine and not fix the timing issue. Jeremy doesn't follow any business ethics guidelines or rules and is only looking to make a quick buck when he can. I was not refunded my money, my engine wasn't replaced and not once has he offered other options to make this right so my family has a working, safe, reliable car!!!!
