Hubby stop by Century Auto World to check out a Kia Forte LX that was being advertised online…read more Let's just say his whole experience was being bamboozled by these so called honest dealership. First they told him the $450 extra was for tags and registration. Then they gave him a book of paper works to sign. He is not kidding, he says the paper works were as thick as a book. The car stops starting in 3 days. He bought the car Tuesday, and by Saturday, the car stops starting. He calls them and found out the car is sold as-is. All they can offer is a discount at a car shop that they are affiliated with. And the worst part? They says the $450 was for documentation fees.... That's not what they told him before buying that car. They purposely gave you a book of paperworks to sign knowing most people would just sign it without further examination. Then hubby ask about the title, first the manager says it will be mail to him once they receive it. Guess what happen? Welp it is all bullshit, they refused to mail him his title and told him to come pick it up himself. Come pick it up with what car? A car that broke down on 3rd day? These are some of the most dishonest people on this planet. AVOID!!!

It's sad when used cars dealerships live up to the expectations and take advantage of people who…read moreare in need . Will sell you a pos car that will break down two days after you buy it and when you bring it back to say there's a problem they blame you. If there was a zero star option I would give it.

Super easy, no pressure, and professional experience…read more We were driving around looking for a car and just happened to stop at the traffic light and saw this place. We had seen reviews for the dealership a month ago and good thing their name stuck in our combined minds. LOL Tony came out to greet us and asked what we were looking for. He showed us a couple of cars that were close to our criteria (SUV, not a Jeep, under 200K miles, and around $5k). They had a 08 Taurus X that was close to spotless inside, clean inside the engine bay, and no rust on the undercarriage ... even the parking lot itself was spotless. I told Tony and Joe what our original budget was and he worked with us to get us the car for a total of $6000. (It's above the national average market price, but we know there's extremely little inventory available in a 50 mile radius. We had seen two cars we were interested in elsewhere that were sold in under 3 days!) While Lena and Joe did our paperwork, Tony cleaned up the windshield and we drove off the lot (after a picture for Facebook LOL) probably just 2 hours later! A few days later the permanent tags and title were ready for pickup! Once we had that, drove down to the state inspection facility and got the green sticker (means the vehicle passed) in less than 5 minutes!
