The management provided me with a sticker and directed me to place it on the back of my rear view mirror. It worked great! -Please see the attached photos of Idaho state law and the obstructed windshield. I was at the front of the line (at the gate), when I noticed that my sticker (on my review mirror was missing). I mentioned it to an employee, who didn't say anything, turned and walked inside the office. A short time later, another employee, who appeared to be very angry, came out and reached inside my vehicles open driver side window (without asking to enter my car or providing any explanation) put a new sticker on the inside of my windshield (driver side), which obstructed my view. He offered no explanation as to who he was, what was going on or why. Before it ruined my windshield tint or obstructed my view, I returned the sticker to my review mirror, as I had agreed to with management. A short time later, I discovered my old sticker, which had fallen off my rearview mirror, onto my floorboard. I shredded and threw away the old sticker). I took my vehicle through the carwash several more times without issue, until the last time. I was waved into the wash area. The same angry man, put his face next to my now open driverside window and in an angry voice told me that he would cancel my membership, unless the sticker was placed on my windshield. Shocked, I told him to cancel me. I went to the office to ensure, my refund for the remainder of my subscription. Again, the same angry man (I now learned new assistant manager) came to the desk. I told him that his "customer service sucked." He looked surprised. Perhaps he is new to a job where good face to face customer interaction and communication is necessary, expected and appreciated. This was all so unnecessary and disappointing. A calm and professional explanation as to what was happening, what had changed and why, would have made so much more sense. I probably would have cancelled my membership anyway, if there was no way for them to identify my vehicle without obstructing my windshield. I did call the main office, unfortunately they didn't seem to care about the situation or the terrible way he treated me. This was even more disappointing. It has also made ethanol-free premium gas available, which I appreciate. I post this review to offer positive feedback, but also to address a recurring problem I have encountered. This is the only car wash in the area which features actual scrubby brushes to remove grime from the car's surfaces. A few times during the winter months I have gone there to gas up and get the wash, but discovered when I drove 'round back to the entrance of the carwash that it was blocked. There was no sign of this visible from the road, and not even a notice posted on the pumps that the thing is closed down, probably due to cold weather. What I do see is a large sign on the exit door of the carwash heralding 'Heated Car Wash Open'. I understand the need to close down in sub-freezing weather, but failure to post that fact on a sign or even on the pumps has me carrying around the receipt, for weeks sometimes, looking for an opportunity to make it back over there. I have one now. In one instance, when I did get back there, the code did not work. I went inside and spoke to a man whom I assume is the owner, and got scolded for not redeeming the code sooner. He suspiciously and grudgingly gave me a new code in a way that would have made me abandon the business permanently if it were not the only one of its kind in the area. Ideally they should hang a large "Closed" sign over the 'Heated Carwash Open sign when they're shut down; one visible from the road. At a minimum they should put signs on the pumps advertising that the carwash will be closed whenever the temperature or wind-chill drops below a certain value. One more thing: The car wash does not seem to be designed, and has not been modified to clean the rear surface of the cars that have the bobbed vertical back ends that are so common now. I compensate for this by scrubbing the back end with the window-cleaning sponge while I'm fueling the car.

Let's stop in and see what they have to offer. This place is run by an elderly couple who were super nice and friendly. All I had was my debit card so I asked her if I could buy a tide pod off of her for the wash. I told her all I had was a debit card and she said it would cost me more to ring up that sale. So here just take the Tide pod. She was super nice and friendly. I could tell this was going to be a nice adventure. Had a little bit of trouble getting the machine to take my credit card, but the nice lady behind the counter said that sometimes they can be a little finicky. So she came over and we got the issue fixed. I have to say, this had one of the nicest seating areas I've ever seen in any laundromat. Literally four couches, two easy chairs and plenty of other seating options. The nice part about this visit is it was quick. 28 minutes to wash, 45 to dry, so I was out of there in a little over an hour. It was just perfect Bottom line? If I'm ever in Post Falls again I will absolutely do my laundry here. The place was clean, the people were very friendly, and it got the job done in record time.

Also with all of the fancy autocar washes, none have true touchless. Over time these automated washers cause damage to paint.
