I'm sorry but if you want someone to spend $300+ dollars with your company the least you could do is be attentive to them. I even gave her the benefit of the doubt I came at 9am then went back around 11am and it was the same. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

They did this to my Jaguar xk and broke both door panels and my tweeter housing which is part of the door .The car was in his possession for over 6 days. Upon pick up he tells me he used 2 tubes of silicone to glue my doors back together and he broke my tweeter cover. I called to rectify the situation and the owner James responds with a nasty childlike attitude. Then he asks me why I'm calling him so early and tells me he will call me back. It's been over a week now and now and when I call he's never there. They are great at taking your money but refuse to replace something if and when they break it . I just wanted my vehicle back in the condition it was to begin with. What is so hard about that? I would NOT recommend taking any luxury car here for a tint job bc apparently when they break something they will refuse to fix it. They will then blame the car and complain how difficult it was to work on. How about this, dont take a job on if you dont have the knowledge or expertise of doing it properly! Very dissatisfied!

The service was fast, professional, and extremely friendly. Jose took the time to walk me through the ceramic tint options, explained the differences clearly, and gave honest recommendations that made the decision easy. I drove all the way from North Charlotte after reading the reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. The install was clean and precise, with great attention to detail, and the ceramic tint makes a noticeable difference in heat reduction while still looking great. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking to get ceramic tint--especially on a Tesla--this shop is 100% worth the drive. Highly recommend Jose and Carolina's Finest Window Tinting.

I've had the pleasure to work with Gordon on my other car. Back in 2022, he did a full frontal PPF and tints on my Tesla Model 3 Performance and we have kept in touch throughout the years. He recently installed the windshield PPF and tints on my BMW i8. If you own a high end car and windshields get very expensive, so installing paint protection film on it would be something I personally recommend. They are easy to book and the team is very efficient technically on what they are supposed to do. Customer service after car is top notch because they will redo parts or fix it if anything goes wrong. That's what makes a great provider stand out from the competitors. If you're looking to get tints, paint protection film, wraps, I highly recommend this location in Columbia, SC. 5/5 stars for awesome work and customer service!
