Brought my Ford F150 in for them to tint the front side windows to match the rear side and back…read morewindows. Jeremy the front desk guy ended up having them put a tint on much darker than the back! I realized this after I paid and went out to the truck. I went back in and said "I tell you what, if you make the rest of the windows match the front we'll call it good". I made the mistake of paying again without checking the work and came to find that there are now THREE different tints on my truck. Jeremy said the "the rear window must be made of something different" to explain the rear side and rear window difference. They are the pro's correct? This also doesn't explain how he messed up putting DARKER tint on the front, which got us in the mess entirely. Jeremy also said the owner would call me which, of course, he never did. Eventually I called Jeremy back only for him to tell me "there is no refund on the tint" and never responded back after I asked "Well what are we going to do about this?" Never called or texted. So I paid $410 For them to basically put whatever they wanted on my truck. Absolutely insane. They also never respond to the Better Business Bureau after I filed a complaint so BBB will now add this to their list of complaints about the company as well. BBB rates this company F by the way.

They did this to my Jaguar xk and broke both door panels and my tweeter housing which is part of the door .The car was in his possession for over 6 days. Upon pick up he tells me he used 2 tubes of silicone to glue my doors back together and he broke my tweeter cover. I called to rectify the situation and the owner James responds with a nasty childlike attitude.Then he asks me why I'm calling him so early and tells me he will call me back. It's been over a week now and now and when I call he's never there. They are great at taking your money but refuse to replace something if and when they break it . I just wanted my vehicle back in the condition it was to begin with. What is so hard about that? I would NOT recommend taking any luxury car here for a tint job bc apparently when they break something they will refuse to fix it. I've had the pleasure to work with Gordon on my other car. Back in 2022, he did a full frontal PPF and tints on my Tesla Model 3 Performance and we have kept in touch throughout the years. He recently installed the windshield PPF and tints on my BMW i8. If you own a high end car and windshields get very expensive, so installing paint protection film on it would be something I personally recommend. They are easy to book and the team is very efficient technically on what they are supposed to do. Customer service after car is top notch because they will redo parts or fix it if anything goes wrong. That's what makes a great provider stand out from the competitors. About 1 block down…read morefrom Tidal Wave car wash on S Irby St. Like I said open on Saturday was the main draw for me, the shop looks brand new w 4-5 bay doors on side for multiple customer vehicles. The service rep identified my tint percentage and helped me match up front to factory tint shades. I went with 15% on back & 5% on two front. For tinting below legal standards business requires cash. I forgot this and person was understanding and allowed me to go for after job was finished. They said 1hour& half, it was finished in about an hour. I did see some bubbles on front windows, person says the sun should cure this in few days if not bring it back and it will be adjusted free of charge. Pretty decent job to me, I'm satisfied.
