I have come here a few times and out of the three I have come back once to have the whole car redone, yes the people are nice but when you ask for something you rarely get it. I had taken a long trip in my car, I told them so and asked for them to make sure the car (bugs) we cleaned off, I even offered to pay extra to make sure it was done. Also the windows. I got home and there were bugs still all over the front they had missed all kind of spots and the windows did not look good. The kicker to this whole thing is they could care less if you like the service or not. So if they don't care about the service they give you then I guess you don't care if they lose customers. Because they lost me and any referrals I would have for them. read more

Auto Pride does an excellent job. We have been going to the San Carlos location in particular for the last 22 years. Amazing, they have evolved from a semi full service car wash to a totally full service car wash for most of the time they have been in business. The service is great and they never push anything additional on you, they just offer it. We usually rotate between the silver and gold car washes. Yes,! the Jasmin air freshener is our favorite. We recently had our entire interior shampooed on our van and everything Armor-ll ed inside and out. AS with everything, they did an excellent job. It is always nice to see Dan, the manager and get an Its It or some frozen treat while I wait. Great service, products, and food; what more could you ask for?! read more

I never write reviews, but I have to write for Francisco's customer service. He went above and beyond any car wash employee would do. I had some scratches on my car that needed buffing and he quickly fixed them by washing them out! He saved me a lot of money! Thanks a lot Francisco. I will come back for the excellent service! read more

Outstanding car wash! This car wash deserves 10 stars! Edwin and Betty are fantastic. Very dedicated staff and perfect customer service!

Service has gone down over the years as the price remains high. It seems they have less people working than before so the wait is much longer and the result is only mediocre.. read more

Just love this place. Great job always and a fun gift shop to browse through while you are waiting for your car. Today Francisco took extra care of my car and cleaned the headlights. Customer service is excellent. I always come to this auto pride for my car washes. Won't go to any other place. read more

I just have to put it out there... Auto Pride Car Wash- San Carlos is where you need to go to get your car detailing needs met! Period!!!It was my first time at Auto Pride -San Carlos. The Assistant Manger Andy was awesome, he took customer service to a new level! My car was filthy and it was nearly closing time. Andy took the time to explain the different packages and asked questions to see what I what I was looking for. When my car was done, it looked like I just drove it off a car lot. Every nook and cranny of the car was spotless and the packages are so affordable! I'll definitely be back. To the Executives and Mangers of Auto Pride Car Wash San Carlos, Andy is a true customer service oriented employee. He is definitely someone who would make a great manager at this location! This location's staff has superb customer service! As I said before I will be back ,and recommending this location to my friends and family. Kindly, Alexis Holliday read more

absolutely the best car wash around!! My car is always clean and shiny!

Love this place. Yeah, it is a little pricey, but they wash your car by hand, vacuum and clean out the inside. For someone like me who doesn't want to do it myself, this place is awesome. Never had any problems and my car always comes out looking fabulous! read more

Good job on the car wash. The guy told me about 1 to 1.5 hours, but it took closer to 3!

SO HAPPY! these guys always do a thorough job, and i've been bringing my car here periodically for 5+ years. the car wash includes a detailed interior cleaning, and during my most recent visit, the guys here found my husband's missing wedding right and returned it by leaving it in the cup holder! i was so impressed - it's a 2 piece ring with gold diamonds, quite obviously valuable. i'm so appreciative that they returned it. there are good people in the world! and they work here!. THANKS! read more

I don't write Yelp reviews but I felt compelled to after the service I got. I brought my Subaru Forester in to get an oil change and on the way I had my upper radiator hose blow. While I was getting the oil changed, they helped me locate a store with the part. After procuring the upper hose from Napa Autoparts, they installed it for me and refilled my coolant. All for FREE! Exceptional service and very friendly staff. I will come back. read more

Tony and crew always provide the best service! I've been coming here for years and still drive out from San Francisco because I know that when I get my car serviced here I will get the best. I appreciate that they are open, trustworthy and beyond helpful. I highly recommend Auto Pride! read more

These guys were outstanding, came in on raining day, they did the inside of the car on the house. It was first class work!!

Very nice facilities, very good wash, and quick service. A patio to sit on during the relatively brief wait to get my car back nice and clean, for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back! read more

Bought the interior detail on a rather old car that needed some serious love. I'm pregnant and would have had a tough time getting to the coffee stains on the carpeting. Did I mention those stains are years old? Yup, and Auto Pride got them right out. At least 4 guys worked on my car for three hours, and they did a great job. My car feels much more comfortable now, thanks to all their hard work. I just stopped by after work and they fit me in, no weeks ahead appt like other places I called. I would highly recommend this place to anybody in need of a good spring cleaning read more

A shout out for the crew at san Carlos auto pride. Even tho it was late in the day and they had probably been working since early that morning they did a fantastic job on our car inside and out. Will definitely be going back. read more

This review is for David the service manager at auto pride. I was impressed with his level of customer service. Felt like I was at a benz dealership. He did a through inspection of both my cars and refused to let me leave with even the slightest smudge. He takes pride in his work which is rare to see in many service industries nowadays. The wash crew was also diligent! You've gained a repeat customer because of David going above and beyond. read more

Friendly staff and quick service, but not sure if the car was as clean as it should have been. It was cleaner, but not clean. There was some fine mist all over the windshield, the sunroof had not been cleaned/wiped at all, there was plenty of "stuff" left between the seats, had plenty of small dirt spots on the exterior and dirt left in the crevices in my rims. I am happy that my car is cleaner than it was when I came in, but little disappointed in the result considering the amount of money I paid. read more

I had previously given this place a 5 star review. Today I spent $35 on a car wash which included shampooing the carpets. When the car was ready I drove away in a rush and soon realized the carpets were not shampooed and there was still dirt all over the back seats. They are always so friendly but need to take some more time with their work. read more

Best place for my car to get washed when I'm on this side of the peninsula. I love that I can get everything I need in a car wash here from a detail to just a quick wash. The staff here are very friendly and do a great job. Always recommend to my family and friends to come here. Thanx guys for always keeping my car smelling good and cleans and shiny. read more

The quality of the car wash/drying varies. However, it's convenient with the oil change and fuel being available.

We usually go to ducky's but they were unable to detail since it was 5:00 pm. We called auto pride, they said come on in. Wow they did a great job!! The detailer stayed late to finish my car, now that's amazing customer service. They just won over a new customer. They also have a fabulous gift shop inside with lots of unique little items. read more

The name fits the service. This multi auto service takes extreme pride in their customer service. I went there yesterday to get a car cleaned. I initially had my reserves because the vehicle I took there was quite messy. They spent about an hour and a half on the car and did an excellent job. Alfredo and another manager personally assisted me and I left very happy with the work. The people there work very hard and I hope other patrons take note. I would like to personally thank the managers there for all their time and service they provided. The best customer service I have received in quite some time, thank you. read more

This place is great. I go here all the time for my car wash. I also just recently found out they give out a free car wash with the oil change there. I highly recommend coming here!!! read more

About 2 months ago, I had my very well maintained Acura MDX 07 left for a complete detail. Looked great and I picked it up after being there all day and drove the 1 mile back to my office to work for awhile. When I came back out at 5:30, and tried to start it, the battery was completely dead! When I arrived at Auto Pride, while the engine was on, they had the radio jacked up and probably ran it for most of the day without the engine running. I'm guessing they jump started it at the end of the day in the hope it would recharge. I had to wait for AAA to start it and spend time in commute hour to try to rechargel the battery so I wouldn't wake up to it dead again. So I spent almost 2 hours time I shouldn't have had to between AAA and charging the battery! I then had to go to my normal car shop the next day and have them check the battery to see if it was truly damaged and thankfully not. They had just run it down completely! I called Auto Pride and the girl took my name and number in case the manager wanted to talk to me (like apologize maybe, one free car wash for my inconvenience?). I never heard from anyone, and I think that's poor business practice for a costly service that left me in a lurch. Needless to say I've never gone back nor recommended them. read more

I used the four dollar coupon and the wash was $14.99. I made sure I took the change out of my car, but left a penny to see what would happen. I watched them the entire time, except when the car went through the wash as I paid my bill. My car was honestly gross and it had been a long time since I had a wash. Two guys vacuumed my car and did a really nice job. If you're worried, you can just stand and watch, like I did. When my car came out of the wash, 6 guys cleaned and wiped the car and really did a great job. I watched this too. I think I had been the only one watching as the other people just sat and read or texted in the waiting area. The penny was gone, but I wouldn't be surprised if it got sucked up by the vacuum. I gave a nice tip, but noticed most didn't tip. By the way, if you think they missed something, go back and ask. I doubt they'd miss something if you were actually standing right next to them, as I was. read more

tony was great with changing my automatic transmission fluid. very knowledge and friendly staff. definitely would go back!

This used to be a great place to get your oil changed and car washed until recently when they changed management. I go out of my way all the time especially because they have a great oil change crew and they give you a free car wash with the oil change. So I went in yesterday like normal around 430 to get my car serviced and when I showed up everything was fine. Halfway through the service this new manager I have never seen before comes up to me and says that they can't wash my car because it is too late. It was only 445 at the time and the oil change was already finished. I have brought my cars there before close to closing time and they never rejected my car before. This was completely ridiculous. If you guys don't want to wash the car because it's to late maybe you should just close at 430 to make it easier for you. Completely unprofessional attitude and work ethic is what I got at the end of all this. The only way this place gets any stars is only for the oil change. I won't be coming back for a wash here. Even the two free washes that they gave me. read more
