The process is very simple, very similar to other businesses of this nature. The prices are extremely competitive, only a dollar more per month than the nearest competitor, but you get a free coffee anytime you come in with this one. The coffee selection is OK at best, but the quality is pretty good. It is not high-end coffee, but also not high-end prices for that coffee! The wash itself does a good job, and so far has no offensive odors. There are several levels of car wash to choose from, I have only chosen the top level myself, have been through a few times, and have always been very happy with the results. The vacuums have very good pressure, as well as compressed air nearby to help blow the dirt out of the fibers of your floor mat. I did not realize the convenience of having that feature until visiting here. Each vacuum area has two different nozzles available: one to clean wider areas, and one to detail. the vacuums all have mats or tubes that they stick to to reduce the vacuum loss for the system. This creates a very good level of vacuum for those that are being used. There is also a dog wash available, which I have not used yet, but looks to be very intuitive to operate, and has most (if not all) of the features you would want.
