The staff is always helpful and friendly! They offer cleaning wipes (FREE) for you to wipe the dash & air freshners (FREE)...seriously getting more than expected. They actually scrub the bugs off the windshield & front of the vehicle (during bug season - NOT during the winter, which is fair) and my windshield is always clean too! The new driers are great, seems to be drying more than before. That ceramic wax can look like soap but I can clearly see that it's the product I'm wanting to coat my vehicle with, so that's cool. And it's a LOCAL, FAMILY owned & operated business which I am happy to support!! Keep up the good work Fritz's Auto Spa! Best Value in town!! Cheaper than the competition, with better service!! Way to go!!! My doggie loves the treats you hand out (FREE) and we will definitely be back!!

For example, near the vacuums, there are air nozzles to use to blow out your floor mats. It was amazing how much of the dirt, those nozzles could get out of floor mats, but those only worked for the first two weeks this place was open. After that, they have been waiting on parts for over a year according to the attendance. I could replace an air compressor in about two hours, you're not waiting on parts this long.

Four days later, I went back to ask to speak to whoever handles claims. They had just closed my claim. WTH? No call. Nothing. When two guys came out to talk to me, one said he called. I had no vm. I had no incoming call. He said maybe they got the phone number wrong. Ummmm, it's in your system because I signed up on the app. Maybe you simply didn't call and just closed my claim. They said there's no way all these scratches came from their machines because they aren't dot, dot, dash marks. And this is a defect in the manufacturing clear coat. How the hell did all these scratches just magically show up on a 10 year old car that has been garaged and babied that entire time? My car did NOT LOOK LIKE THIS before I went through that car wash on THAT day. My chrome is even scratched up all along the trunk. Its uniform slight scratches ALL ALONG the length. There is NO WAY that's from loading stuff and unloading. No way. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING BUT SCRATCHED AF PAINT. Deny, deny, deny. That's what happened with my claim. Waste of time. Trust me, everyone I know is going to hear about my opinion on Tommy's wash. Worst carwash in St Joe. I really don't like how my car looks after this carwash. I've got swirls and scratches all over that i didn't have before. It wasn't worth the free complimentary month when signing up for a membership since my car is never going to look the same again. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I hate the scratches on my car even more. I don't understand why this place has so many people taking their cars through it.

There are always cars there when I drive by, but I personally was not a huge fan. Update: This car wash is conveniently located for me, so I went back because I was in a hurry and bought the premium touch-free wash. I wasn't really impressed, there was still visible dirt on my car. I had driven down a gravel road, so I wanted to get off the "dust" layer that settles on the car.
