My first experience set the standard for all visits. I had an issue with my coolant leaking. It was becoming a serious problem. I called them in the morning, they had me in at 1:30 I dropped my car off ,had it back by 4:30 fixed and perfect all for approximately $100. Bear in mind, this involved them ordering in a part and installing it all in record time. Amazing. They seem to service all kinds of cars, which is great and also do repairs as well as maintenance. This place is consistently great - for so many reasons. Here are the reasons I love this place: Service - everyone is friendly - and Nikita ( the front office manager I believe) is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and "real" . A great first impression for customers. Price - I have introduced others to Master Tune, and hands down their prices are amazing Recently a friend had work done and said it was likely half of what he would pay elsewhere. Trust - I trust these guys - I know that they will never do anything that is not required and will always be fair. For most people, finding a good mechanic is a challenge and once you do, you never go anywhere else. This is the case for me. I HIGHLY recommend them.

They were recommended to me by W&B Automotive, when I bought my very first car and I needed Winter Tires. Don was extremely accommodating. Every time I have a flat and need a tire repair, they've always gotten me in right away and gotten it fixed immediately. Sometimes at no-charge even! My most recent experience was today. On Saturday I got a flat tire in Madden, AB and had to get AMA to come change my tire. I tried to get into Canadian Tire to have them fix it, and they told me the hole was "Too big for the plug" and that I needed to buy a new tire. And they were going to charge me a fortune for it because I have 17" low-profile tires. I took it in to Don this morning and he had a look at it and was able to fix it. I ALWAYS recommend OK tire to my friends and colleagues when they ask me where a good place to buy tires is. Even if they live in Calgary, the quality of service is well worth it.

Some charge crazy prices, some do shoddy work, and some don't even remember your name or your face. Then there's the Gigantelli brothers. Located right on 16th Ave, this quaint little auto shop is Calgary's best kept secret. I've had Joe and Tony work on my vehicle many times and man are they the epitome of honest and professional. I like the comment the AMA truck driver gave when I told him where I was bringing my car: "Oh yeah! Great guys! They're a dying breed. They really follow the motto that if you treat people right, they'll keep coming back." Amen brother! I've been constantly impressed by their incredible skills. Three different times, when other shops or mechanics couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car, Tony already had an idea of the problem, and sure enough, he was absolutely spot on. I know that when they fix my vehicle they do all their due diligence to make sure it is done right. My favourite part is that I'm not much of a car expert, but they're always happy to explain everything that happened and to give me some great advice. I always feel welcomed and valued there. I've even seen Joe offer a customer his own chair to a waiting customer. These guys treat me like family. They have the fairest prices I've personally experienced and they're sticklers for quality. Even when I've been stuck short notice or short on cash, they've always been super accommodating (more than I ever thought to expect from a mechanic). I recommend these fellows to everyone I meet, and often rave about the incredible way they always treat their customers. They are a class act and absolutely worth every penny. Usually mechanics have a bad reputation of being crooks, but these guys are proving the world wrong. Ten stars! :)
