The manager (perhaps Jay) quoted a price that was not much greater than either separate service. Jay's stated my repair immediately. I was there less than an hour. I walked the neighborhood during the hour (magnificent, historic trees, well worth seeing). Fellow customers were driving a Mercedes and a Bentley (ie, upscale clientele). At the end of the hour, the pretty receptionist was friendly. She gave me a written guarantee that I expected to use within the next few days. To my surprise and delight, the wheel has held its air for a month. No guarantee needed. What would I do differently? My wheel does have a rash. Somehow, I expected the crack and dent repairs to include cosmetic rehabilitation and perhaps even a sponge bath. If I had a do over, I would ask Jay's for the additional cost of curb-rash repair and a thorough cleaning.

I suppose to have a warrant but they said it only cover certain parts of the tires lol. When I got the tires I asked for tires that have a very thick rubber. I found out that the store put low profile tires on my my car. I barely drives the car and I was just wondering why I was have soooo many problem. Now mind you that I just purchase them in July and it just November.one day the front driver side tire went flat for no reason at all. We spent $20 dollar to have the tire looked at and put back on the car. Next the tire got a spilt in it for no reason, next the front tire was Rubbing up against the inner fender of the car and lastly they said I cause the spilt in the tire and my warranty didn't over it because I ran over something which cause the cut on the side of the tire right below the rim and it wasn't in the side of the tire went I took it to them to look at. Every time I took my car back to this shop they came up with so many SORRY EXCUSES!!!!. From Now on I will give my business to someone that don't think I am out to get something for nothing and that is willing to help me instead of second guessing my Motive. They never offer to pay me the $20 dollars back for the tire going flat no reason, they never offer me anything but excuses, after excuse.Also I had problem with one of the rims and they said they order the part and it took them a whole month to fix that. When I got the rims, I notice the problem the next day and I took it back to them right away. I asked can I just get a new one and the assure me that they could do they!!!! But they could order me a part. Like I said it took a whole month. Because I have been…read moredoing business with them since 2012 since I was a tire tech at Rent A wheel across the street I sent family customers and anyone I knew to them because they had good prices. So I thought it would be a good place to purchase rims. After spinning two grand in two days. They sold me a rim that they had sitting on a shelf for display. That had a spot and a chrome. They knew it was there because someone tried to get it out. Brought it to the short guy attention now he wants me to drive my classic car over 70 miles so that he can take a picture. Or see if he can get it out they already tried to get it out you can see it. I was under the impression that I was getting new rims out of a box and not a display. So beware purchasing rims from these guys especially the short one because he think that he can talk to you any kind of way.
