I bought a car from them for the sticker price didn't ask for anything didn't try to negotiate or nothing just paid for the car and left. Drove it around a little and the tire pressure (tpms) light came on. Went and looked at it sure enough there was a screw in the tire that had to of been there already. I brought the car back to them to let them know and they were angry and hostile mind you I just wanted the simple tire fixed. The employees and manger were all rude and acting aggressively tough ( Like if they were on steroids or something) kept screaming tires are maintenance not covered by warranty which maybe true but I shouldn't get a flat as soon as I drive off the lot. I hate making big purchases. it makes me a nervous wreck. We really needed a new car and I started looking online and what my trade would be for at Auto Lenders. The second I pressed submit, someone called me. I was slightly worried about my credit and they said to just head on over. So glad I did. I met with Dan right away at the door. I basically told him that we needed a suv or van because I was running around in a little Kia Rio doing events and trekking my kids all over. Getting ready to do anything was like Tetris. Dan knew where my priority was first... what I could afford and what I needed. I didn't need any bells and whistles. I was nervous about what my interest rate would be and my monthly payments more than anything. Dan was genuine and understood where I was coming from. He zeroed me down two types of cars I would like right away and could afford. I was able to drive the vehicles that I was interested in, including taking one over to my husband at work so he could see it. There is no haggling at Auto Lenders. the price you see on that car is the price that you're going to get... can't go up and can't go down... which was one of the reasons I went there. Dan did help me advocate for a better interest rate and the value of my trade in. This helped tremendously. I apologize, but I can't remember the name of my customer service/finance rep. He was just as amazing when I went in to sign all the paperwork. I walked out with a beautiful 2016 Patriot Jeep with 25k miles. Honestly, it looks brand new inside and out. I didn't go in looking for any bells or whistles or beautiful cars. I went in looking for what we needed... and I left extremely happy. I didn't expect to be in the car that I left in. Dan did not try to oversell me. He was actually a little more reserved than I was. At the end of the day, it was between two cars and he helped me go through the price, the payments, the history of the two cars... and the pros and cons of each. He took his time and didn't rush me. Once I decided on a vehicle, the process was so extremely fast and smooth. they took care of insurance, registration, plates... and answered every little question I had. After I left, I realized that there was no Bluetooth for my phone and this was advertised on the Jeep.. and was one of my priorities. It turns out that my specific model had an alternative package and I can completely understand why they thought this had a different module in it. I did go back in 2 hours later... aggravated, but Dan and the general manager assured me that they're going to fix this issue on Monday. if they don't switch the module in my car to have Bluetooth... I'll be back on here changing this review. However, with the experience that I've had so far... I believe that they're going to fix it quickly and kindly. After all, I need the Bluetooth to work as I drive.... to pay for this gorgeous new Jeep ;-) I am very happy with my new ride- with the exception of this one small feature that's going to be fixed. Wow 8:30 appointment for an oil change and they asked if I was staying. I asked how long will it take? The guy said an hour. I was cool with that even though most dealers take about 30 min. No problem I told him, we will grab some breakfast. We gave them an hour and 20 minutes. Walked in and the guy told me it was up on the rack and would be done in a few min. When I informed him my bright red pickup with the black stipe down the hood hadn't moved from were I parked it, he said he "must have been thinking of some other red truck" (really)??? This place is 100% trustworthy. I went to test drive a Mazda 6i grand touring. I fell in love with the car except for the speakers that were blown. I was upset because I was looking forward to nice Bose speakers. I told the salesman and they told me they were unaware of the problem. Long story short, the salesmen at Autolenders were really generous and took care of the problem. When you deal with this company you know you are getting a good deal. Although the price may be a little more than others, you know you won't get cheated. I highly recommend getting a car from here. Terrible experience. Nor was the sales representative I was working with, there was no costs explained to me and when I asked to think about it over night I was told I couldn't because they were closing on a loan I DID NOT want. Not only that but she had my car key at this time so I couldn't just walk out. I was dealing with my personal bank for the loan and she pretty much told me no we were going through their lender. I did not know the pricing or anything and she had spent more time talking with another customer then with me. It wasn't until I was signing the paperwork that anything was explained. I understand that I signed the paperwork but I felt at that point there was no other option because they had told me I wasn't allowed to take my car home and think about it over night. The next day when I called the manager he made it clear he did not believe me but he did help me and I felt much better about my purchase. I had called back to ask the manager a question, Nor had picked up and when I asked to speak with Jim the manager she viciously stated Jim does not work there and hung up on me. Later that evening I went into the office to speak with Jim and he helped me switch the lender to the bank I was working with and made the purchase much more pleasurable. When I had brought it to his attention about Nor hanging up on me he once again said she wouldn't do that. Although they did help me get the vehicle I wanted they were very shady on to how they went about it. I don't suggest going to this autolender especially if you're working with Nor. read more

I'd give negative stars if it was an option. I have to say the sales experience was excellent, however, I cannot say the same for the service department. I brought my daughter's car in for an oil change and full inspection. Everything checked out ok, so I thought. Two months later, I had to bring the car to a local Honda dealership (Boardwalk Honda) for warranty repairs and they also did a full inspection. To my surprise, they found both rear rotors and brakes to be totally rusted with 1mm brake pad left. Auto Lenders documented that both rear brakes had 6mm brake pad left. It is impossible for both the rust and the brake pad wear to happen to this extent in 2 months. I went to Auto Lenders to advise them that they put my daughter's safety in jeopardy due to the incompetence of their service personnel. They were apologetic and advised that the service technician that worked on my vehicle no longer works there and that he now works at Boardwalk Honda! Although Auto Lenders was apologetic they made no attempt to rectify the issue. I hope they correct any issues they have and supervise their technicians more diligently. read more

Got a car, the purchase itself was fine. Except for the fact that they sold the car with an old, corroded battery, yes it may be used but that is no way to sell a car. I took it back for them to change the battery out for new one. When I got there I knew I had to talk to Kevin The Service Manager when I went to go to talk to him about changing the battery of which we had already sent an email explaining the situation. When I talked to him his answer was rude and it was along the lines of "you didn't buy a new car what did you expect" yes it was used as I said before but once again that's no way to sell a car and no way to treat customers. The Sales Manager (Steve) is by far the most unprofessional sales manager that I have ever experienced after purchasing over 40 personal and business vehicles since 1988. After contacting Auto Lenders on December 16, 2021 concerning a vehicle that we wanted to purchase, we informed them that we would arrive at 2:30PM on Friday,, December 17, 2021 from Maryland to purchase the vehicle. At 1:30 on that Friday while 1 hour away on a 140 mile trip, we received a distresses call from one of the salesmen stating that Steve, the Sales Manager, had allowed another salesperson to show the vehicle although we had received a text from Steve ( Sales Manager) at 9:39AM stating that he was looking forward to meeting us and selling us the vehicle. We informed the salesperson that we were 1 hour away and still wanted to purchase the vehicle as stated. When we arrived, we were informed by the Sales Manager (Steve) that walk-in customer had just gotten approved for the vehicle loan. This entire interaction that transpired was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. However, we had another option in New Jersey which ended up being a better deal with a more professional sales team. read more

This was my first try at purchasing a car from Auto Lenders and let me say it was not a good one. On Thursday, March 14, I found a car I was interested in on the Auto Lenders website. It was a 2013 Chrysler 200 convertible located in Toms River. The website promoted a transfer of the car to the location you chose as well as a complimentary hold on the car for 48 hours if you reserved it. I hit the reserve button and entered my information along with a scheduled appointment time to view the car in EHT on Saturday morning, March 16. I received a call from Auto Lenders within an hour and was told the car was available and was being transferred to the EHT location. I was told at that time I would receive a call from an EHT sales rep confirming my appointment. Sure enough, I got a call from Miguel R. from the EHT store later that day confirming my appointment and received an additional email too. Things were going great and I was very pleased with how professionally this was all handled so far. Unfortunately the next day at 3:30 in the afternoon, Miguel calls me and says sorry, the car has been sold. I said wait a minute, I reserved this car and it was to be held for 48 hours as per the website. Oh no, he said, its first come first served. Website and my original contact person assured the car would be held for 48 hrs. Can't help but wonder if this is a bait and switch tactic as I got a call the following day offering to sell me a car which was 2 model years older and cost $2000 dollars more than the one I reserved. This is either a poorly run business or a poorly trained staff and I'm not sure which is worse. Buyer beware read more

Thid is for Exton location!! So a week ago I attempted to use their EXPRESS buying system! Supposedly you pick your car, buy online and pick it up! Well thats a flat out lie!! I called them to pay and they WOULDN'T let me! Yep! WOULDN'T let me! Told me they don't do express and I had to come into the dealership 4 hours away! There was no way I could purchase the car any other way!! So it was a week of back and forth nagging ect ect - I tried every way possible to buy online and have transport pick it up and all my offers were refused! So we just couldn't make it in that weekend and rescheduled for the following weekend ...In the meantime they kept lowering the price of the car!! I offered to pay them $15,000 a week before when they wouldn't let me! Then they lowered it to $14,495 ....then Monday at 4am for no reason to $14,295!! Then low and behold I get a call today its sold to someone else!! I believe they were trying to sell it before we got there to someone else for spite! Theres no other reason! These jerks literally lost the company $500 for no reason whatsoever!! I never haggled the price!!! Idiots!!! The express buy/free ship on cargurus is FALSE ADVERTISING! The little video and site for express buying does NOTHING!! Its useless!! They need to stop advertising free shipping to Pittsburgh because thats a lie!! And if I were the owner?? Have you ever gone into a dealership knowing for a fact you're only going to browse vehicles and whole heartedly going to deny any offers no matter how good they are? I mean, if it's too good to be true, it normally is. Well, that was my mentality when I went into AutoLenders a few days ago. I wanted to get a decent trade in value for my current vehicle and check to see where I landed in terms of the type of vehicle I could get for my price range. I have a 4 year old daughter that is getting too big for my current sedan and wanted to upgrade to an SUV, hence the interest in trading in. I met Isaac Wogansky from AutoLenders. He is the most down to earth sales rep I have ever met (in a good way). He was straight forward and we connected immediately. He caught on to my tentative antics and embraced them rather than redirecting using evasive techniques to get me to purchase a vehicle. He appraised my vehicle at higher than any other dealership had offered me, but I still wanted more. He worked the numbers to my benefit which made me comfortable checking out some vehicles. I always wanted a Jeep and the local AutoLenders just received a fleet of them. I was still open to other SUVs but my taste wasn't settling for the CR-V or other top reviewed SUVs. That's not to say they were taken out of the equation entirely, but I wanted to look to domestic models like the Equinox or Edge. I checked out the lot of vehicles with some guidance from Isaac. Yet, he gave me alone time without outside influence on selecting a vehicle. This was my best experience as I liked having some time to think without being force fed information until my head exploded like past experiences. I chose a loaded 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited and immediately fell in love with the vehicle. I drove it to it's limits down a local highway and also on back roads to get a feel for the vehicle. It had everything I wanted and more. Again, being left alone to make my own decision which was another positive experience. I arrived back and acted "cool" and said I liked it, but my insides were in knots from how much I liked the Jeep. However, I knew it was out if my price range. I got a high number proposed which is standard for any negotiation. Remember, you're never forced into the hot seat. You put yourself there. I went back and forth for over an hour, but I was never frustrated or bored. I got the notion Isaac really wanted to help me and I specifically due to his customer service. He understood where I came from, but after multiple back and forth  I eventually said I was leaving and started out the door. He proposed one last offer and let me take time to myself in their break area. I ran the numbers, reminisced my daughter in the new SUV compared to being squished in the current sedan, and lastly thought about my own happiness. I finally walked back to Isaac and gave him a number I never thought he would agree to, but it was my do or die number. I felt free giving that number and felt like all the pressure was off the table. If it could be done, I felt like I not only got the vehicle I could only dream about, but found the best sales dealership ever which includes other dealerships rated top 5 in the country and so forth from past experiences. Otherwise, I was going home. He took some time with the financial manager and they both agreed. I felt alive. I could've hugged both Isaac and the finance manager. The paperwork took 15 minutes and I was out the door. To put the icing on the cake, they both didn't leave until over an hour after closing and Isaac stayed with me the entire time as I got the new Jeep ready and transferred my personal items from my old car. I wish I could write down exactly how I felt that night, but my daughter loves the jeep from putting her head outside the sunroof to sending text messages to myself and listening to them in speakers and making the Jeep "talk to her". I couldn't ask for more from both Isaac, and the finance mangers who's name is currently slipping my mind, just effected someone long term in a very positive way. Thank you AutoLenders! read more

I purchased a 2014 Grand Cherokee on January 31st. I have been looking for a Cherokee for months, and saw this Grand Cherokee Limited at Auto Lenders at a great price . Auto lenders prices their vehicles to sell, not sit. I knew upfront that Cargurus, listed their price as "Great Deal". Nada had the vehicle priced higher than Autolenders, as well. Consumer reports raved about the Grand Cherokee. The entire vehicle was as new as it was in 2014. I bought the extended warranty, for peace of mind, another value. I walked out of 3 dealerships prior to visiting Autolenders, due to pressure tactics and bs. Auto lenders provides a straight forward car buying experience. Brian Landolfi had confidence in his sales team, and it showed as all of my questions were answered by Anthony Russo. I will not deal with anyone other than Auto lenders in the future.
