I was excited. At 5pm when I picked up my car the wheels were covered with dirt. To the point that 3 people with spray bottles and rags had to come out and clean them as I watched them when I opened up the car the door jams were dirty the front grill of the car was filthy it got to the point they told me to bring it back after my trip and they would make it right. It kind of defeated the purpose because I wanted my car to be sparkling for my trip. Then on my way home I notice all of my interior windows are completely streaky and filthy neither one of my rearview mirror's have been cleaned in my mirror In my car wasn't clean either. I'm not taking it back I'll find somebody else to just do it the right way I am so pissed off they spent $230 for something the kid down the street would have done for $50 and my local car wash for $15 would have done a better job on the outside GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

The look on my son's face when he saw the car looking better than when we brought it in with spectacular! Dave goes above and beyond in repair what an insurance company would cover, for example he blends the paint from the repaired body panel into the next body panel to make sure the paint matches perfectly. He found some other plastic trim and pieces under their car that had been broken prior to the hit and run on my son's car and he just fixed those without question and without charging us. The results on my son's car speaks for itself! We couldn't be happier! My F-150 has some rust damage that I am definitely going to seek his repair on because I know he's the best man to do the job! And the top everything off he completely buffed out the car so it looks showroom brand new!

1 Star I contacted Anthony C, owner of Attention To Details,…read moreearly afternoon on May 2nd 2023 to see about getting a car detailing gift card for my wife as a Mother's Day present. We discussed the cost to do a complete detailing (inside and out) of her SUV. He explained the cost and what would be done. I subsequently went to his web site and arranged for the gift card in the amount he indicated and had it addressed to my wife's email. The gift card charge to my credit card was unexpectedly instantaneous even though I had requested it not be sent to my wife until May 6th. The quickness of the charge upset me and 2 hours later I decided to cancel the card. I contacted the gift card company, giftfly.com, who indicated they could not cancel at their end and that I should contact Anthony directly. They gave me his email address which, by the way, is not on his website. I composed the email and sent it off asking him to cancel the gift card immediately. My email bounced back as undelivered. No such web site. I called Anthony's mobile 3 times over the next day and half before he finally got back to me. He said he could cancel the gift card but that he would have to get into his giftfly account to accomplish that task and, when he had cancelled my gift card, he would get back to me to verify the task had been completed. It's now 3 full days since that conversation and still no word from him. I cannot recommend his company based on what I consider to be his poor customer service. He appears to not be very cooperative nor responsive. At least a call back to say it's taking longer than usual because .... would be appropriate and professional. I am not a cynical person, but I'm beginning to feel very nervous about ever getting my money ($400 plus) back from him. In the meantime, I have contacted my credit card company to report the incident and to dispute the charge.

Austin's Collision Grange Hall RD Holly MI…read more I would never recommend Austin's to my family or friends. In my opinion, they are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and lack communication skills. They have done a terrible job on repainting my car. I took my car (dodge challenger) to this place on an insurance claim after getting a dent in my quarter panel from a deer. My car has been in their shop for a total of 6 weeks and repainted 4 times. When I got my car back the FIRST time, there was buildup of paint in the corner of my back window. So, I brought my car back and told them it was unacceptable. The owner tried to tell me it wasn't from them, but they will repaint the car "as a courtesy". My car is relatively new, has never had any other body damage work. There is no way it was not from them; they JUST painted that area. They took my car back and repainted it. I received my car back for the second time and they did an AWFUL JOB AGAIN. Not sure why they even tried to give it back. The color was completely off, my car is white and the panel they painted had brown spots throughout the ENTIRE panel. The clear coat was peeling off in multiple spots and I had overspray across my entire passenger door. So again, I took my car back and told them this is horrible. The owner then tried to tell me he couldn't see what I was talking about when it was very clear the work was garbage. After arguing with me about the paint job he took my car in for a THIRD time. I dropped my car off Monday and a week went by, I called to check up on my car Friday. I was told the painter has called out sick for the last 3 days and wouldn't be working on my car until the following Monday. This was 7 days my car has been sitting in their shop untouched. My car is drivable and it is beyond irritating that I was not called and explained the situation to where I could pick my car up and bring it back when they were ready to work on it. Now after they have painted it for the third time, they requested that an insurance adjuster come to look at the car because they "don't want to paint it again". I called my insurance and explained to them the situation and that I want to be there for the inspection. The Insurance adjuster came out to review the work performed, and pointed out MORE issues. My car was in the shop for another week making more adjustments and repainting twice . So, it has been there now 4 weeks straight and a total of 6 weeks of back and forth just to fix a dent. After getting my car back and waiting an entire month, I received my car with more issues. Peeling clear coat, a twisted door/window seal that they replaced, they didn't even put the seal in all the way it is just hanging inside my car. They also got paint INSIDE my car on my door panel. They scratched the wrap on my hood, ruined the seal on the back window, overspray on the seal of the front windshield and the back windshield. Every single time they told me the car will be completed on a certain day; it has not been done that day. They never bother to call and explain that, they have just waited until I would call and then act like I was an inconvenience to them. This has been an awful experience and I will NEVER recommend this place for ANYONE. In my opinion, I would advise anyone that reads this to never go to this hell hole. I have never been so disappointed in a service provided to me in my life, this was a huge waste of time and money. Now I have to bring my car somewhere else because they cannot complete it without messing it up. I understand shit happens but communication is important. I chose this place because I wanted to try and support a local business to a town that I recently purchased a home in. I have never been more disappointed. In my opinion, this company, does not give a shit about you, your car, or anything else for that matter. Just a low-end business that wants your money. Save your time and save your money. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
