Per the estimate they had to do a body pull. They call me to tell me it was ready. They did not do anything alignment and said hey now when your car gets to 60 it shakes. I advised it did not do that before I brought it in. I drove it for 5 days after the wreck. Had it been shaking I would have requested a rental right away and parked it as I drive to Chattanooga for work. He said well it wasn't the wreck. Well then it has to be y'all as it wasn't doing it before. Said my tires were worn out. I got these tires 5 months ago and they were great pre wreck. And again did I mention no shaking?! I am sure driving it for a week pulling to the right probably wore them some but no shaking. Now I have to go pay for a other shop to estimate and evaluate what these guys did to my car. And I have to go pick up a car that is no longer safe to drive with my grandkids in it or to work. Do not use these people. You'd be better off getting some gorilla glue at Walmart and doing it yourself rather than your car coming back w new issues. Edited to add that we have since taken our car to a shop outside their insurance network who has 3 other cars from Gerber that are having to be fixed. I have about 10 pics of things that were either not fixed or said they were fixed and not. So now we have to start the frustrating task of getting a supplement to actually get the car fixed.
