A high volume used car dealer writ large. If you think you're going to waltz in and score a great deal doing no homework, then you must commute to work on a unicorn. The vehicles themselves are a mix of dealer wholesales, auctions and with vehicles of all vintages in extremely short supply (with pricing to match) it is highly advisable to have your mechanic inspect and certify before you sign anything. The vibe inside is remarkably low pressure as in, here are your choices and pricing, take it or leave it. If you don't buy it, they're confident that someone will on their terms. I don't envy anyone who has to buy a car right now given the acute lack of inventory but there's always time to get a car history report and mechanic once over. Be careful out there... read more

Everything. I went to see a BMW 740. I'm trying to get a look at the car. It's parked up against a huge stinky dumpster. Apparently that's manager parking. Seems appropriate because the place is a dump. It smelled like mold and mildew. The manager is also using the car as his personal car. Ummm, no. Leave the car on the lot. The salesman knew less than I did. He didn't pull the car out so we could get a good look at it. He didn't stay outside and "talk up" the car and its options. I'm pretty sure it's because it was 90 degrees and he knew nothing about the car. I've purchased many, many cars in my lifetime. I've never had such an experience. I've also never paid sticker or online advertised price and I said as much. This guy actually said, "then I guess you're not buying a car tonight". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He embarrassed himself. Then this car that's been in PA and NJ from 2022, is serviced in FL a short time after it arrived at Auto Hub. Then it's back. Oh, "that must be a mistake". "Once the car gets here it stays here". Sure, see ya. I suggest finding a reputable, knowledgeable dealer and skipping this place. Now I know why it was a ghost town when we got there at 6 pm on a Thursday night. Super disappointing and a complete waste of time. It wasn't worth the hour drive to get there. We made it worthwhile by going out to eat, nearby! read more

My husband and I found what seemed like a great deal on a Dodge Charger through cars.com, which led us to Auto Hub. The car was priced about $7,000 lower than comparable models... almost too good to be true. My husband stopped in, spoke with one of their sales associates, and test drove the car. Everything seemed fine, so we made an appointment for the next day so I could see the car as well. After my test drive, I was ready to make a deal. And that's when everything fell apart. Once we sat down to finalize the numbers, the dealership began adding one questionable fee after another: a $2,000 "mechanic inspection" fee, $1,750 "commission" fee (which we were told was a discount from their normal $2950 fee), plus the standard taxes and DMV costs. Then came the biggest red flag: we were told that if we wanted to pay cash, we'd have to pay an additional 5% fee to make up for the "kickback" they lose from their financing company. The only way to avoid that fee was to finance the car through their preferred lender, with a limited down payment, and an obligation to carry the loan for at least 3 months. In 20 years of buying cars, I've never been told that I must finance a vehicle or that I can't choose my own down payment amount. It's misleading and feels like a scam. To make matters worse, 24 hours later the dealer actually called to tell us that the car had been "sold." The same car that had been sitting on their lot for over 90 days suddenly vanished right after we questioned their fees. It all feels incredibly slimy and shady. Bottom line: the price you see online is not the price you'll pay. Expect around $8,000 in added fees, pressure to finance, and questionable sales tactics. Buyer BEWARE. read more

The listed vehicle price initially seemed attractive, but when it came time to finalize the purchase, the dealer attempted to add about $6,000 in fees and inspection charges on top of taxes. This kind of unexpected markup is completely outside anything encountered in previous car-buying experiences. Because of these misleading tactics used to draw customers in, this dealership would not be recommended, and there is relief that the entire interaction happened over the phone rather than wasting time in person. read more

Having to purchase a car from auto hub and having it for only 37 days and they do not want to fix what is wrong with my vehicle and then when you called to complain, the supervisors never call you back. You have to keep calling them in order for them to answer you. hird time here and now you wanna tell me I have to take it to a Audi dealer now the Supervisor from auto hub who just called me back tells me that it's on me taking it to the Audi service to have everything reset when their Mechanic that they referred me to was the one who messed up my system. My service was great from the people serving the car, but when it comes time to fix it, their supervises are a bunch of shit and bullshitters. read more

I wanted to pay cash for an Audi S5 that was listed on their website for $48,595. After telling them I wanted to buy it, they added a $2995 "dealer fee" to the price. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. This place is a scam and the salesman Henny seemed to think I was out of line by questioning the $2995 fee. read more

I almost expect the car to fall apart after reading all of these bad reviews! Saw a jeep listed on their website. Came to test drive but chose a different jeep than the original one we came to see. Worked with Adam and he was honest (for a car salesman). They pushed for us to increase our down payment and pushed for the sale. But in the end we closed the sale with a lower down payment, lower monthly payment and lower interest than originally discussed. Will they talk circles around you, yes. Did we pay higher than the web price, yes. But go in there with your head on a swivel and ready to walk away if necessary. We did have an issue with the vehicle where the secondary battery needed to be replaced. We were referred to an auto mechanic shop they work with and the battery was replaced. Waiting for the shoe to drop but maybe we just had a better experience than others. read more

I did get the vehicle I wanted, no complaints but I have to say it was a substantial bump up in price. Samantha is a great salesperson.

Don't expect to get anywhere near the advertised price. I was quoted 3995 for a dealer fee and lojack fee and then 2995 for a pre-delivery service fee. 7k worth of add-ons. I didn't call back. read more

Was considering going down there (driving about 240 miles) for a car that I like with a very reasonable asking price. But after reading the reviews about the dealer added a bunch of fees after, I decided not to go. read more

Warning: Be cautious when purchasing from this place. If the price seems unusually low, it's likely because they sell cars with known issues that will require costly repairs. They sold me a vehicle with a broken airbag wire harness in the seat. I regret not paying attention to the other negative reviews, but I hope my experience serves as a warning to others--avoid this dealership! read more

spent two days at this place, i really was just shopping but they kept pushing me to get the car. okay cool, so now they run my credit , tell me i can't get the 35,000$ car and that i should look for something in the 20,000$ range. ok cool. once dominick the finance guy ran the numbers he told me that this 20,000$ car was now gonna be 66,200$ what in the fuck is wrong with him. the things he tried to attribute to this price made no sense. anyways i went and got a loan with my bank and drove off a different lot with a very great deal and brand new mercedes. maybe he thought i was in need of a car (i own a few) idk but i feel bad for the people who go there and get fooled. do not go here ! read more

They deserve ZERO stars a) If you want to pay in cash, they will add extra fees to it and they force you to finance from them. If you say you can do financing on your own, they will say no. b) For financing, Dominic, their finance guy, will take you to his cabin, lock the door, will punch in some numbers on his computer, gets a printout and will ask you to sign WITHOUT providing you line level details. If you ask questions, he gets upset and becomes rude. What he does is that he quietly sneaks in hidden fees (that too in thousands) and tells you so and so is your down payment and here is the amount you are financing. Again, there is no price breakdown. read more

This place has to be the absolute worst dealership in the USA. The staff is rude and I caught them in at least four lies. I spoke to some female sales staff and she was completely clueless. I then asked to be transferred to a Sale Mgr and I ended up with some low IQ guy named Elvis who then explained that they add $5,500 in dealer fees and an additional 5% to the price if you don't finance with them. I couldn't stop laughing and told him he was only deluding himself as that put the vehicle far over market value. When I hung up, this guy calls me back just to hang up on me. Talk about infantile. Scam operation. Came here because of what appeared to be a good deal on a specific car I wanted. All of the prices are 10k higher when you get there. They attribute that cost to a full inspection of the car, but showed me a car with issues that would have prevented it from passing. Was told you have to fail "then it becomes our problem" but the manager corrected the salesperson and said they dont guarantee inspection. Manager couldn't say what the 5k in "inspection" costs went to and said well it's better than calling it a markup--which is exactly what it is. Told me I have a good job, so why should I care. What a clown. Ended up going to a dealer and paying double for peace of mind. Avoid at all costs. read more

I would not recommend buying a car from them. They will try to scam. They charged additional fees for tags and title after I purchased the car. They are very unprofessional. If you do you're research, you will know exactly what type of questions to ask to be an informed consumer. When buying a used car, you definitely need to know all the specs of the car before coming to this dealer. This dealer sells a multitude of vehicles. The salesperson tried to do their best with showing us all the features but because they dont specialize in one brand, some questions go unanswered. I have to say though our sales representatives, Michael, went above and beyond with helping us with our car search and understaning of the vehicle. He was completely transparent with his answers and helped us as much as he could. Very nice experience overall. The down fall of using this dealer is the extra fees associated with purchasing the car, however everything is negotiable. read more

Summary: Extremely rude and unprofessional salesperson (Eric) . He asked us to show cash if we are serious about buying the car. Refused to make the car available for test drive. Serious buyers stay away Details: We came in for a test drive of a specific car and we made it very clear walking into the dealership. The most stupid and unprofessional salesperson (Eric) lured us in saying that he has a sales promotion going on and said that all sales people are working hard for us. He started to offer credit options. We told him very clearly that we are interested in paying cash. But looks he has never dealt with customers who have paid cash, so for some reason he found it impossible to believe, asking me repeatedly to show the cash for the car, and refused to even show the cars, saying that there is not enough time, even though there was enough for a quick walk-around and test drive Conclusion: This is a shady dealership. Please keep away! read more

Do NOT BUY FROM AUTOHUB in NJ. They were happy to sell me a used car and promised a 30 day warranty and guaranteed the car would pass inspection. I paid for the car in full and drove it off the lot. Then I waited 3 1/2 weeks to get the title to I could get the car inspected, so when I took it in to the DE MV it failed. I had the codes pulled to find 2 code issues I had to fix to get past inspection. I called Auto Hub 14 times, and was lied to, blown off, ignored and in the end told the warranty did not cover fixing the car and that the Guarantee to pass inspection was only for NJ inspections! They do not keep their word or promises and are a shady company, deflecting and ignoring hoping problems go away. Turns out the car had shotty work done and had a wire cut for the antilock braking system, then they attempted to fix it with electrical tape instead of replacing the part. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I would recommend that no one buys anything from them. Untrustworthy hucksters! See the codes report for evidence. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Went to see an advertised $33k car - after adding Lojack, dock fees, prep fees, and a few other assorted fees the price went to $40k. They claimed these were all necessary add-ons and would not budge. Also insisted that the deal could only be made using their financing company. If paying cash it was an additional $500. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership in my entire life. They will never give you a real final price or breakdown of fees until you're there and ready to sign the paperwork. They advertise cars super low and then add over $4000 worth of dealer fees on top of them. They are not honest and will not even tell you the breakdown of the fees. The people who work there are incredibly rude and unprofessional as well. Good luck getting ahold of anyone through phone or text. My salesman Eli would promise almost every day to get back to me with my requested information of the final cost breakdown and would never fufil his promises and then ignore my calls for days at a time. I was begging them to buy the car from them. Also there was no mention of the car ever being in an accident until I ran the Carfax myself and found out there was damage reported. They did not disclose that the car had a bunch of scrapes and serious scratches(despite my assurance from the salesman that the car was completely "mint") It also had mismatched tires. I wonder where that $1000 recondionting fee is going? They are your stereotypical sleezy used car dealership. They have an F rating from the BBB with tons of open complaints.
