This has been the worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone go here. Especially if you from out of state. So after the review I wrote above. I was contacted, but still now a month later NO RESOLUTION. When I got the car home in April, I noticed the next day that the service required indicator was on. I contacted the manufacture who advised the vehicle could not be serviced under the warranty I have until JULY, because they have no indication of when it was last serviced by the previous owner, they have to use the date it was originally sold which was July 2018. I get that, no fault of the dealership that the owner didn't go through the manufacture. Here is my problem. Autoholdings 46 got the vehicle in 11/2021. I purchased the vehicle on 4/16/2022. I have been asking them since 4/18/2022 if they did any service on the vehicle. They advised that they send vehicles out to be services, but they cannot provide me with any information on what was done to THIS vehicle and when. That way I would know if it at least had an oil change and maybe they couldn't update the indicator, but they can't even confirm that they did anything which leads me to believe they didn't. It sat on the lot for 6 months. So now I wait until July, or pay out of pocket now to have the vehicle serviced. Additionally, In my state, a car must be inspected in order for it to be registered. I learned that the 2 front tires would fail inspection because the thread depth was extremely worn. I paid $700 for new tires, the inspection and the labor. Kamille advised that she confirmed with her manager and they agreed to send me a check for $491, the amount of the tires. That was May 5th. She also advised it was supposed to be mailed back then. 3 WEEKS LATER and I still do not have it. My temporary tags expired on 05/15/22 and I do not have my new ones. I had been advised when I purchased the car that everything was fine and that they would come in a few weeks. But how, if i HAD TO GET THE CAR INSPECTED FIRST? No one at the dealership advised that. I never purchased a used vehicle out of state, o I did not know. Anyway...I got the car inspected and sent the passed paperwork to Kamille on 5/9/22, She advised she would process it through the DMV. Another week passed and my tags expired. On 5/16 I get a call from Kamille saying they can't process the tags because they needed a updated contract from me (which they were supposed to overnight with a return label to send right back, of course there was no return label so I had to pay to mail it back myself). She sent me a letter via google docs to show to the cops in case I get pulled over. The letter had the wrong purchase date, so I had to manually update it myself in google docs because no one would respond to me texts, emails, or calls. Back to the contract... Steven had been texting me about when they would receive the contract back. I told him I mailed it and I do not control he mail BUT, I did have a tracking number which I provided. The contract got to Steven on 5/19/22. Confirmed delivered by the USPS. So I have provided everything they have asked. They have not honestly communicated, I still don't have my money or my tags. I have spent $700 on this car BEFORE i have even made the first car payment. All I have asked for now is the tracking number for my check and the proof my tags are being processed through the DMV. Still... Nothing. It has been extremely frustrating and an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. GO ELSEWHERE! read more
