Only a few days after buying a new car (only the second time…read morewe have ever done so) a truck threw a rock at the perfect spot in our windshield to break it. . . .not "chip" it, but an instant crack that rapidly traveled across our line of sight. We called our insurance company who transferred us to a 3rd party who works their glass claims. (This was the worst part of the experience as they scheduled us at a Safelite location in the wrong State. . .but that's a review for another day) Safelite contacted us just a couple days later, amazing as it was a Holiday weekend and this new car has a very strange windshield they thought would be backordered. Somehow they sourced this original factory part very quickly. I accidentally drove past their shop in Jonesboro located on a dead end and immediately received a phone call from them to provide directions/steer me right into the work bay. The shop and waiting area was very clean, employees were friendly, welcoming (wore face masks; much appreciated as this was during rising COVID cases) and most of all, meticulous. The new glass install was perfect in every way. Protective covers were always on painted surfaces and no evidence any work took place on the car. The complex safety system also had to be recalibrated, they had the tools to perform this work correctly (saved a trip to the dealership) and send a recalibration certificate. I HOPE I don't need to use them again! However I have a feeling we will meet again.

Recently, the vehicle that I was driving had a rock kicked up into the windshield. The cracked…read morearea was slightly larger than the size of a quarter (coin), and I didn't want the damage to spread so far as to be unrepairable. That same day, I gave the shop a telephone call about two hours prior to their closing time, and they told me to stop in. I made my way to their shop, and they determined that the crack could be fixed. In fact, they completed the repair in under fifteen minutes! Two cracks in different areas of the windshield were found, and both defects were almost invisible after their work. After taxes, the charge was a very reasonable $76. The staff were all very accommodating and polite. I was impressed with the depth of knowledge of the technicians employed there. I especially enjoyed petting and rubbing the ears of the dog that one of the employees had there inside of the office. (It's a good thing that I like dogs!) The facility itself is easy to miss. The area in front of the building is cramped, but there's plenty of parking located on the far side of the property. I recommend this business, and would definitely hire them again for my auto glass needs.
