For my newest vehicle they completed the tint and I have always been extremely happy. I have never had to return for repairs or modifications. All of the installations have lasted the life of my ownership of the car - One of which I kept for 20 years. Now let's discuss my company vehicle. I have a van which requires a computer docking station along with a monitor. I brought the vehicle and all of the equipment to Roberts with little direction. They had me sit in the vehicle to monitor my points. They then installed a monitor inside my vehicle wall as one would mount a TV on the bedroom wall. This provided me more surface area for my desk space utilization since the stand was not used. Allowed me to install a docking station and they also had foresight to install the monitor at my eye level so I was not bending down to look at the screen. Excellence is design and customer service!

Drop off and pick up were both easy. Upon getting my keys I was given the full list of repairs on the car. The body work looked great and I am so happy to have "Myles" back. I also appreciated that my car was cleaned and shiny. It had been at their shop for 6 weeks. Areas that could be improved included periodic communication. Several tentative dates for completion and pick up were missed due to parts and additional repairs. My husband had to call them several times to secure an update. Another area is a better explanation is of the warranty. Although it was mentioned a couple of times, I realized neither myself or my husband knew the details. It's hard to speak on the value since the repair of almost $11k was covered by the other person's insurance. I am thankful Senn's was a preferred vendor and would recommend them.

I've taken six vehicles to Certified for repairs over the last 10 years since moving to Oldham County. Since Steve sold the business a year or more ago, I was a little apprehensive to say the least because the service had been exceptional. Steve assured me I would get the same service from Nate, the new owner. There's been a huge turnover in the last year due to retirements, health issues etc. However, I still take my vehicles there because the service hasn't changed. Just as promised. The main replacement personnel are just as good or better. Honestly, integrity found there. They warrant their work! The two negative 1 Star reviews should be ignored. There must have been some miscommunication going on there in both those cases.
