Our auto insurance company recommended a call to Arrow Auto Glass, which had a location in Louisville. The appointment was easy to set up and they worked with my schedule. My appointment was during the day while I was at work. The repair person called on his way and then at arrival. I walked outside and opened the car for him to begin placing the new windshield. He called me when he was finished and I locked up the car. Overall it only took about 30 minutes. Nothing to clean up, and very friendly service. The repair rep also reminded me to get a new sticker for the River Link account. No issue with insurance claim either - got my invoice for full coverage. Highly recommend!
