This onerous process was exacerbated by the waco shop not having an on site manager. The manager of the day neglected to send the repair information, indicating a week later he had forgotten. Makes one wonder how many times incidents like this happen? Issues continued with the rental car reservation and the final payment for repairs. Although Safelite is my insurance provider's vendor of choice I will pay extra if required to take my car elsewhere in the future.

My experience with the commerce city location was horrendous. I tried for months to work with them…read moredirectly for a resolution with issues surrounding the installation of my windshield. With no luck directly, I thought I would contact corporate to let them know that the commerce city location made a mistake and was not standing behind the 1 year warranty or the satisfaction guarantee. To my complete surprise I was first ignored 5 times before finally getting ahold of someone. I spoke with Jennifer at corporate office who confirmed she had heard of my complaint (why I wasn't contacted I have no idea, guess my concerns were not important enough). Upon contacting her it was not long before she as well dismissed my concern and I was told there was nothing that could be done. She flat out told me "our franchises are independently owned and operated and we have no control over the service or quality they provide" I find this to be completely unacceptable as a franchiser should be able to set a standard and uphold it - especially if said company boasts about a warranty and satisfaction guarantee. Jennifer took absolutely zero accountability and gave no further explanation when asked "why is corporate office unable to stand behind their satisfaction guarantee, as I am not satisafied" I brought the initial concerns up within the 1 year warranty window and per their policy I should have been taken care of, instead I was treated like trash and on multiple instances was straight up ignored. I will never do business with any glass Doctor location even again, will never recommend them and would even go as far as saying one should think twice about working with any neighborly company as clearly they are unable to uphold any sort of professional standards for the work they perform. This has been by far my worst business experience i have ever had.

It was clear that the moment we drove up the young man didnt want to work. He attempted to repair the small crack and made it run across our windshield, now it will cost me $500.00 in a deductible to replace the whole windshield. Please go to someone who will stand behind their work... we never even got an I'm sorry ! Horrible company
